On October 24, 2022, 67-year old Emmy Winning actor, comedian, writer, and social media star Leslie Jordan has died in a car accident Monday morning after suffering a medical emergency (possibly a heart attack or stroke) crashing into the side of a building at Cahuenga Blvd. and Romaine St. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

I was almost signed to Barbizon until....
When I was young, I never thought of myself becoming an actress at all. All I wanted to be was a doctor until when I moved back to Maryland after staying in Arkansas for two years. I started watching shows on Disney Channel like That's so Raven, Lizzie McGuire, The Proud Family, The Famous Jett Jackson and watching DCOM (Disney Channel Original Movies): the Cheetah Girls and High School Musical it got me to change my career from doctor to actress. When I was sixth grade, when I signed up for Barbizon I thought it was going to happen until it never did. It started off when I was sixth grade, the year was 2006 when Hannah Montana premiered on the Disney Channel and me and my family we were living in grandma's three bedroom apartment. It was during lunch period the people of Barbizon were giving forms to students to sign up to be a part of the Barbizon and that if we sign up we can get a $10,000 scholarship. At the time, it was before I auditioned for the school musical so it was way before I find my acting chops plus I never had any acting training, I signed up just so I could get a full scholarship since I was doing well in middle school and making the honor roll I filled in all the information and put it inside the box. Over the weekend, my mom was doing my hair until her phone rang. My mom answered the phone and it was from Barbizon telling her that I was selected from the box and they wanted meet with me and my mother for meeting and conference at the hotel. We went to the Holiday Inn in Gaithersburg where the meeting was held to the ballroom where I saw young girls from middle school and high school who signed up and was chosen by Barbizon. The speaker (I don't even remember who the name) representing Barbizon was talking about how they started, how we get started, acting classes, modeling sessions, how they will help get acting model gigs and blah blah. After that, they showed us a video of all the Barbizon alumni testimonial stories which looked legit and how they landed in their first opportunities even actors in the video like Chaz Monet who portrays as Rudy Bridges in the 1998 film then after the video we met with I believe they were agents from Barbizon. The women was so nice and helpful like she was invested me. We had a great, very professional conversation and I thanked her after I left and hoping she would call.

How Come Stacey Dash and Chrisette Michele keeps getting Cancelled? Not Ye! Hmmmm....
These two black women tried so hard to get their black card back but still keep getting cancelled from the black community unlike Kanye West. Stacey Dash was one of the most beloved actress and model until she became a conservative working for Fox News saying anti-black remarks and calling out then-President Obama. R&B Singer and Songwriter Chrisette Michelle made songs like "Be Ok" feat will.i.am, which earned her a Grammy and "Aston Martin Music" featuring Rick Ross and Drake which would become the most popular song on Tiktok until she sang at Trump's inauguration defending her choice causing her music to be cut from radio air ways. These two women were blacklisted after they disappointed the black community until they tried to gain the black status but it was too late. Dash started acting at age 14 when she starred in her first acting gig The Cosby Show and 1988 series TV 101 until it was cancelled after 13 episodes. She would star in films like Moving, Mo'Money, and Renaissance Man. Dash received her big break with the 1995 teen comedy film Clueless. Dash played Cher's high school best friend Dionne Davenport.

Elisa Lam & Kenneka Jenkins
Two Women both from different states checked into different hotels that caused their lives. Canadian tourist Elisa Lam checks in Hotel Cecil until her body was found in the hotel's water tank on the roof of the the hotel. Nineteen year old American Kenneka Jenkins and her friends attended a party at the hotel until she disappeared and later found dead in the hotels freezer. Surveillance footage from the hotels captured Lam and Jenkins final moments before they were found dead. What happened to these women??? Why didn't the hotel staff do anything???

Kenan & Kel: The Youngest Comic Nick Stars in the 90s
Before Nick stars Drake Bell and Josh Peck show Drake & Josh during the 2000s. Drake & Josh (2004-2007) There was a duo that came long before their time and had a hit sitcom on Nickelodeon called Kenan & Kel but before that they were the kids that were on All That, a sketch comedy series for younger audiences. After their show ended, the two went off their venturous ways to do their individual projects and later reunited working together on new projects.

Two Caucasian women faked their kidnapping made national headline news. Seventeen years ago, Georgia woman Jennifer Willbanks went for her evening jog until she never returned home. Her fiance grew concern called authorities making her disappearance a national news headline until a phone call from Willbanks lead her to be found. Now, recently, like a year ago, a California woman Sherri Papini went out jogging a mile from her home until she disappeared until three weeks later she was found with bruises on her face and Just when the authorities find their kidnapping stories were fabricating until the two women had no choice but to tell the truth which cause them into legal trouble.

Movie Critique Throwback: Blank Check
This movie has been my all time underrated favorite Disney film compared to Polly and Angels in the Outfield (all 90s Disney underrated live action films). The movie opens Carl Quigley (played by Miguel Ferrier) an inmate escaping from finding his money in abandoned cottage. Preston Waters (played by Brian Bonsall), eleven-year-old, dealing with a crisis, his bullied older brothers: (both played by Chris Demetral and Michael Faustino) are taking over his room to start their Hand and Foot business, and he's not getting much allowance money. At the amusement park for Butch's birthday party, Butch (played by Alex Zuckerman) Preston's bully, which I don't know he's there and how he got invited. Maybe Butch's dad knows Preston's dad or maybe childhood friends or next door neighbors. Preston had to watch his friends have fun and he rides on the lame rides. The funniest part was when he was Preston holding cotton candy while Butch and his friends and a huge wave got at Preston. At dinner, Sandra Waters, Preston's mother (played by Jayne Atkinson) gives him a birthday card from his grandmother. In the card, it was a blank check for Preston but Grandma forgot to write the amount of payment. So Fred Waters, Preston's dad (played by James Rebhorn) and businessman writes the amount of $11. Preston meets Shay (played by Karen Duffy), an attractive banker, the way she walks is like a Marvin Gaye is about to come on.
