Knowledge is Power

Im abruptly awaken by the familiar sounding of my alarm, pushing me to ready myself for a new day. I start thinking “here we are, another day... another...” I refrain from the easily chosen negative patterns of thoughts. Redirecting, I think “Another day, another opportunity to be the good in this world.”
