1. Consistency You’ve probably heard about this word before, but yes, consistency is the main key. I remember two years ago when I first started working out I thought if you workout for one day that same day you would see results. In fact, I was wrong. You will not see results and especially if you’re working out from home because in order for you to see results is to add weight and create muscle it’s the only way.
