DIVINE SACRED BEING
Within the depths of our unexpressed emotions and complexities of feelings weaves an intricate journey that is captivating, unparalleled, and profound. One may want to reunite with the simplicity of life, however, what is revealed in essence is the subtle difference between innocence and experience. Learning to treasure precious moments, to remain insightful with a delicate blend of unique flow in approaches , and to encompass the ability of discernment with impartiality to examine the void within our intricate lives of what we perceive as lack when in actuality it represents abundance. When we give ourselves the permission to live our lives to the fullest, to balance the dichotomy of strength with gentleness, we diverge in what we once found solace in, which represented familiarity and known accuracy, to delve into a new unconquered adventurous mindset to set our gaze directly on the future of the unknown.

SOLACE
Grief is a natural human response which causes one to introspectively examine their internalized anger, sadness, despair, anguish, shame, resent, disappointment, regret, or resentment. It is normal for one to sequester themselves within life, remain in solitude, become unresponsive due to their bereavement, and experience avoidance or close the door to personal growth or connections to the outside world due to unprocessed emotions, lack of trust or faith in all that they have ever known or experienced, or an inner denial that they will escape the confines of their mental, emotional, or physical pain. Often, many will experience denial, numb their state of existence, experience withdrawal from normal activities which they once took pleasure in, and even experience a spiritual existential period of denial of a higher power’s existence to help in their time of need. During this period of time, it is essential to comfort, remain a stable force within the lives of others that have endured short or long term pain of having to witness, endure, comprehend, deal, or who have had to slowly observe their loved one slowly passing away, without the ability to find a cure, or the feeling of powerlessness to control the situation at hand.

CELEBRATION OF THE LIGHT
In honour of my Grandmother I would like to celebrate her life. My Grandmother was brought into my life to demonstrate the love that I never received from my biological parents as she represented a guardian, parent, friend, and mentor. Throughout my existence, she enabled and allowed me to acknowledge that biology does not constitute or determine family, to see that women can accomplish anything they set their mind to with innovation, imagination and ingenuity, and that with patience and time one learns to evolve, love, trust, and open their heart. She anchored her light in all situations and navigated turbulences with ease and grace while extracting fundamental lessons to enable and foster forgiveness and inner-peace. Her love, compassion, patience, understanding, guidance and nature made her a defender, protector, and keeper of our generational roots, which instilled many generational wisdoms, experiences, and lessons. Through her existence, my adopted Mother and I learned the value of love, emancipation, sovereignty, fundamental freedoms, historical trajectories of our ancestors, patience, and leading from the heart in all aspects of our lives with respect, responsibility, and care.

WINTER FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights is an annual Canadian tradition. This occasion honours and values the historic Canadian heritage of Niagara Falls, while engaging the community and tourists with a wide range of activities, illuminating light displays, and fireworks, designed to celebrate the festive joy of the holiday season. I highly encourage everyone to participate in this immersive holiday experience with your family and friends, which celebrates our Canadian cultural roots, fosters a sense of belonging, and features winter activities such as journeying behind the falls, interactive activities in the downtown core for all ages, fine dining, or enjoy a bird’s eye view of the spectacular Niagara Falls on the SkyWheel or Skylon Tower. THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS
Christmas embraces, celebrates, and symbolizes the inner light within, as light triumphs over darkness. During this period of gathering and deep spiritual connection, one experiences existential examination about their role and relationship within the world and with a higher power which is God. What is paramount is the altruistic spirit which transcends material possessions, fosters lasting memories, and develops and creates a deep awareness and selfless concern for the welfare of others beyond themselves. The warmth of Christmas is love, at its purest form, and a willingness to seek higher meaning of how to encompass and achieve peace on earth. It is a time of honouring christ consciousness, as Jesus demonstrated great ascended mastery of love, hope, and joy for all, which enabled others renewed strength, unconditional forgiveness, self love, and enhanced an awakening of the celebration of life. It is a time of reciprocity, placing others needs before your own, deep reflection on one’s own actions, and a spirit of giving and remaining proactive to serve your community, for a higher good. When we strengthen our morals and core beliefs to care for another, it subdues self doubt and fear from within through optimism and unconditional love. The spirit of Christmas encompasses reuniting with family, celebrating sacred religious traditions, illuminating your surroundings with a festival of lights, altruistically engaging in charitable acts and efforts, such as volunteering, raising funds, or selflessly donating your time and support, which fosters and enhances unity. Our interconnectedness is our sacred connection and gift to a higher power and our community. Our true purpose is to contribute to the world, through acts of appreciation, gratitude, compassion, empathy, wisdom, and truth. May this Christmas season bring you light, hope, and peace, and may you feel the warmth of love within every aspect of your life, as you are divinely protected and blessed.

CONVALESCENE
One that is willing to overcome, recover, invests in education and self awareness, and demonstrates innovative approaches for future initiatives demonstrates true leadership and a warrior spirit. One that impartially and constructively analyzes, observes, and does not engage in competition with others, enables a healthy sustainable pace for transformation, and exhibits focused direction for incremental change. When one is in touch with their inner peace, subdues the ego, acts in accordance with true love, and is in full alignment of the self which embraces and acts from a place of abundance and joy, commits to the expansiveness within their heart, in all that they pursue. When one is able to stand alone despite the odds, commands respect from their efforts and decision to stand with all levels of society, pushes aside aggression or any form of negative emotional states, they then become the archetype of a true warrior, that leads with the heart, has a firm commitment and dedication to their tasks at hand, with immense focus, and comprehension of what is needed for the common good of all.

STAMINA
Within the minds eye, we are transported back to times of innocence, reminiscence, precious memories, that stood as a testament of our observations, remembrance, and eclectic lived experiences. How can a memory hold so much power over our existence and transcend time? Why is it when we are near an end of an cycle, or experience the fullest capacity of our senses, that we are drawn to these recollections of a period that can not be changed but has changed us forever?. One often reverts back to a time of innocence when life’s experiences have become too burdensome to endure, an escape for a moment of time when we were not unencumbered with set values, precedence, or ways of being. We could just exist within the moment, without expectation, with no preconceived notions, and live our truth without fear of failure or the unknown. It is to be said that one remains between the two dichotomies of joy and despair, the moment of pure innocence where the experience propels you forward with positive expectations and perhaps despair might emerge when one’s expectations are within the realm of absence of hope for a positive outcome. A moment, a fragment of time, can change a circumstance, what may appear to be a tiny fragment, can morph into a mosaic, and as the saying goes “Inside every acorn is an oak tree ready to come forth.”

I am bold I am courageous I am confident I am resourceful I am hopeful To become an energetic and expansive force, one must encompass formidable strength and unbridled energy, maintaining a free spirited nature. SOLIDARITY
In a world of interconnectivity, one must always remain loyal and true to their ethics and principles. One of the greatest measure of truth and honourability within character is our ability to form trusted allegiances with those who stand by our side in our moments of greatness and the pivotal periods within our life where our endurance is tested to its limits. When we as a collective engage and stand strong in unity, faithfulness, truth, and renounce a mercenary stance to desert, betray, or undermine another, our unwavering devotion, allegiance, and solidarity is demonstrated and outlined in our dedication to protect and serve those that we cherish, love, respect, and admire. This form of allegiance can be placed in the form of family such as a guardian or parent, friendship that has spanned ebbs and flows of challenges over time, mentorships, colleagues, a beloved pet, teachers, partnerships, or a mere moment of demonstration of making the conscious choice to do what is needed within a critical period of juncture of time. When one demonstrates a character of reliability, dependability, honourability, honesty, consistency, keeps their word, discrete on sensitive matters, and will always remain true, that is the true litmus test for a strong foundation for not only friendship but also represents a spiritual alliance that is for one’s highest and greatest good of all.
