ENLIGHTENMENT
"The inherent truth is that we need to accept who we are without compromise, bring forth our genuine nature, pay no mind to what others construct about ourselves, and most importantly live our true authentic purpose with ease and grace. You cannot be someone else, you cannot mimic others achievements, you must be true to you. No amount of smoothing out the fondant can conceal the cracks within the interior foundation. Loss of self represents cracks in your foundation. You cannot live life living another’s process, path, dream, or vision, as you have to stay true to your lived reality, meaning your internal construct. Unconditional love and unconditional acceptance cannot occur when we cannot accept ourselves truly. Embrace who you truly are without dramatics, creating veneers, façades, or shielding. Give yourself the permission to be vulnerable and open to all experiences that life has to offer, as that is the essence of life. You are either trapped in a bell jar, reflecting within the looking glass, placing a magnifying glass on your intricate delicate or fragile core wounds, or are embracing your spectrum of kaleidoscopic colours by living your divine truth." - Elisabeth Babarci (Celestial Light)

THE NATURE OF ABANDONMENT
On the first week of December, I attended a conference where I sat on an academic panel with leading medical experts, and leaders within the empowerment realm, who extensively study, research, and examine the complex abnormal nature of abandonment. Within my lecture, I candidly spoke about the role that acute exposure to abandonment manifests on a survivor, from my personal unfiltered lived truth, perspective, and lived experience. I would like to share my direct lived experience to help heal the soul’s of others who have experienced the pain of loss, deprivation, negligence, and powerlessness. I can only represent the view of having lost both biological parents, not through death, but through their conscious will of abandoning me collectively, at the age of six months. My status as an orphan resulted from abandonment, which became a defining moment that shaped my understanding of trauma, loss, and the recovery process. Within my work, I advocate for personal empowerment and emancipation from destruction, by moving beyond narrative truths imposed by others. One must define their life on their own terms rather than remaining subjected to injustice, intolerance, or the act of dismantling one’s core foundational truths or identity. Within the state of abandonment one must rise beyond the state of permanent victimhood, and transformatively view it as a catalyst for one’s spiritual mission, growth, and purpose. Deprivation is a destructive act, however, it ultimately provides one with the profound understanding of the recovery process. One is not defined by their circumstances or past traumatic events. I often advocate for emancipation from others’ narratives, which astutely and fundamentally instructs and teaches all that one’s worth and value are not diminished by the act of alienation, isolation, abandonment, or severe forms of neglectful punishment. My divine purpose results from my direct experience with abandonment, as I help others rebuild after devastating life events. The internal pain one encounters, confronts, or introspectively examines within, is an instrumental teacher that fosters continued introspective wisdom, perseverance, resilience, and strength. Despite the act of becoming an orphan, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for being raised by my paternal Aunt and Grandmother, who provided me empathetic compassionate unconditional love and stability that I internally needed to overcome my traumatic start. My philosophical approach is based on proactive resilience, as one must consciously choose a better path rather than stagnating in loss, despair, and grief. If one lacks stability, they have the power to create it for themselves, as we become what we lack. Within my practice, I advocate for peace, empowerment, and personal emancipation which is rooted in the belief that individuals must transcend the narratives or confines of their past and external perceptions to reclaim their inner power, peace, and sovereignty. The negative narrative truths or conceptions imposed by another or others, are merely internal dialogues of those individuals, and do not reflect one’s actual worth or value. One is not born from sin, and within life, is deserving of unconditional love, support, and compassionate care. The core principles of my emancipation philosophy honours the role and the act of transcending the past. Survivors must not give power to the historical lessons of abandonment, injustice, or betrayal. Instead, once an individual ignites inner hope and ambition, they become unstoppable and unconstrained by their past narratives. One must define their internal truth and not allow another to define their existence. An individual’s worth is not diminished by the acts of others, or by catastrophic events that might destroy one’s foundational sense of self. Personal truth is something that must be awakened from within, rather than sought through external confirmation. Emancipation, liberty, and freedom are achieved through the act of release. Salvation is achieved and derived from forgiveness. By letting go of what can no longer be controlled, one can then acutely achieve a state of autonomous sovereignty and internal peace. I am not ashamed of my past, as its act of turbulence and turmoil enabled my soul to restore its fragments within time. Through the process of destruction, one is reawakened to their purpose. One must move beyond the ingrained misguided direction from society, such as the ideological construct that a fragmented soul is broken beyond repair, and cease to subscribe to the narrative or belief, that one will forever remain within a state of sacrifice, powerlessness, loss, or constant fear. One must view their scars as opportunities for growth, expansion, and light. As one honours their light within, they achieve self-mastery over the force of reaction. My methodology involves shifting from a reactive state which is primarily driven by the ego and past programs to a conscious ascended state of choice, where individuals take full accountability and responsibility for their own emotional existence. Abandonment, while initially destructive to one’s foundational sense of self, acts as a catalyst which enables one to achieve profound internal peace and self-respect through the pursuit of autonomous sovereignty and emancipation. One must achieve peace through transformative transcendence. Abandonment forces one to understand the nature of negligence, deprivation, by examining the force of control and destruction. One has to question, what does freedom mean to them? How does respect unfold within the state of freedom? One cannot truly comprehend peace without first understanding the terrors of great destruction and devastation. Abandonment provides this stark contrast, allowing an individual to eventually recognize peace as their natural state once they choose to disconnect from destruction. Forgiveness is a source of liberation. Internal peace is attained through forgiveness, which is a conscious level decision to stop giving power to the lessons of abandonment. This forgiveness affords the survivor liberation and autonomous sovereignty. One must understand the nature of release and control. Letting go of the need to control the past or disabling the need to absorb others’ perceptions enables the restoration of peace within. By dropping negative emotions and lifting the cataracts off of the mind, individuals then allow life to unfold naturally, which restores their inner balance and peace. Reclaiming self-respect and freedom enables a survivor to experience and attain peace and sovereign will through the establishment of boundaries, rising from their embedded scars, recognition of their self-worth, and emancipation from the narratives which confined their existence. Projections are not ultimate truths, therefore, one must restore their sense of self beyond the actions of another. Recognition of worth is achieved through self-love, self-acceptance, and self-respect. Self-respect grows from the realization that one’s life is inherently valuable and worthy despite the experience of being left behind. This inner work creates a foundation for self-love that is not contingent on external validation. Emancipation from narratives eclipses the power of conditioning programs, repetitive approaches, internal perceptions, presumptions, and projections of misconceptions, falsifications, or illusions. Freedom is achieved by moving beyond the narrative of the past and identifies the influence from external sources such as the negative dialogues of others. Survivors must separate from those who hinder their recovery to maintain their empowered state of happiness. One must seek to preserve and protect their inner peace. Establishing boundaries is the ultimate form of self-respect. Self-respect is reinforced by evoking discernment and boundaries, defining exactly what one will no longer partake in, while remaining in their true power of the present. Rising from one’s embedded scars enables recovery, expansiveness, and enlightenment. Rather than seeing abandonment as a flaw, one must view their scars as tiger stripes. Our soul core wounds, sacred core roots, and embedded scars, all provide an opportunity to allow light to enter within and grants the opportunity for the true authentic self to rise again. With forgiveness and compassion, I have reached a place of peace regarding my biological parents. It is my greatest hope that their lives are filled with love and joy, as their only mission was to bring me into this world, and their conscious decision to leave, was part of their own path and trajectory. Although my story is one of many, as abandonment, deprivation, neglect, and abuse are universal, my soul needs to bring awareness to these internal truths, as abandonment has become one of the leading epidemics of our time which instills mistrust, a sense of powerlessness, and internal fear within its victims.

ENIGMA
Ascension is the celebration of the light, which is a transformative act of salvation through the power of forgiveness, and a willful demonstration of unwavering unconditional strength of love, based on the foundation of trust, of the conscious self. The soul is enigmatic, as it represents the amalgamation of all of its interconnected reincarnated parts. Within the state of restorative peace, one cathartically and metamorphically centers their focus on rebirth, renewal, and rehabilitation. One must honour their sacred essence, through inner reflection, introspection, and observance within. Within the state of soulful introspection and contemplation, one then connects with the universal rhythm of synergy, through universal guidance, direction, and nurturance. The Universe illustrates to the soul the synchronistic natural cycles of ebb and flow through the seasons, to enable new hopeful beginnings, and expansive transformations through the form of release. Through the power of quiet strength, the soul reveals its inner autonomous emancipated sovereign power, while demonstrating, the ability to achieve cathartic peace, endurance, and perseverance to obtain evolutionary adaptation. As the conscious state nurtures and recognizes its imperfections, while honouring its core soul wounds and ancient roots, the soul then enters into a state of examination of its fragments, to unveil core truths which emancipate the soul from repetitive patterns of internal beliefs.

RECOVERY
Progress is achieved through incremental catalytic change. One must always lead the change necessary, to advocate for animal and human welfare. Preventative care is facilitated through the act of addressing the underlying core roots and issues that contribute to systematic malfunctions or injustices. Through the act of awareness, continuous learning, and objective methodical analysis one then impartially and objectively discerns peaceful solutions and resolutions that restores harmony, balance, peace, and congruence. Working collaboratively with community partners at all levels to bring about instrumental and impactful care to communities in need, enhances unification, systematic methodical approaches based in rationality and unconditional love, through supportive measures and outreach initiatives to help those less fortunate or in need. Collaboration combats outdated narratives and stigmas, counters denial of access to essential programs, initiatives, and services, and collapses barriers to access for continued care. Objective data, and encouraging colleagues and community members to address the underlying issues which contribute to injustice, facilitates recovery, acknowledgement, reconciliation for past acts of ignorance, injustices, or measures of hatred or intolerance which were deemed as normative or acceptable within the confines of the past.

COMPASSION
Empathetic compassion is a central component for healing, empowerment, and spiritual growth, as it stands as a powerful, transformative tool for moving beyond pain and connecting authentically with oneself and others. Through the process of mindfulness and self-awareness one restores congruence within the self. Developing empathetic compassion begins with being mindful of your own emotional state. By tuning into your own feelings, you can prevent judgement from eclipsing a deeper understanding of others’ struggles. This process of inner work cultivates the self-love and self-respect necessary for genuine empathy to grow. Through the transformative power of transcending the ego, one is able to move past the state of pride which allows for the restoration of faith, hope, and positivity. In this state of selflessness, individuals replace judgement and prejudice with compassion and understanding for all life. Operating with an open mind encourages the soul to consciously choose to operate from the heart rather than from a reactive state of regressive residual energy. This practice promotes a deeper comprehension of the experiences of others and fosters heartfelt connections. The transformative power of empathetic compassionate support enables the soul to heal by reclaiming one’s power, overcoming challenges, and transcending the pain of traumatic experiences. To eclipse divisiveness and polarity within society, one must harness the power of unity through connection to move beyond limiting beliefs into a restorative process of rebuilding and peacemaking. Providing unconditional love and support to those who have endured consistent pain enables another to break the cycle of repetitive patterns, cognitive beliefs and ideologies which hinder progress, and enables another to discern peaceful resolutions beyond the need for retributive justice. A survivor who receives unconditional love can begin to heal the fragments within the soul left by abandonment, neglect, and trauma. Through the process of empowerment, survivors become catalysts of change and a source of support for others facing difficult transitions. This process involves giving back to the community and using personal wisdom to help others find recovery. Forgiveness affords and is an integral source for liberation. Forgiveness is a crucial and fundamental step in within one’s spiritual healing process, as it liberates the soul from entrapments, entanglements, and continuous cycles. One must seek to achieve liberation which releases the soul from the pain caused by others. This release is what allows for restoration and the rebuilding of trust. Through constant and consistent conscious action one deciphers the core root of their wounds, rather than living in a retributive state of retaliation. Peace and forgiveness are achieved through conscious intentional living which affords one to operate with mindfulness, intentionality, purpose, and methodical action. Receiving unconditional love and support can help counter social isolation, self-doubt, and feelings of worthlessness often caused by trauma, as one then values the importance of empathetic compassion to achieve self-worth and respect. The battle scars are a symbolic representation of survival which empowers individuals to reclaim their lives beyond the destruction of a circumstance. Our scars, imperfections, and wounds enable the light to come within on a profound deeper level to heal what lies beneath the surface. To achieve internal peace, one must engage in the process of internal transformation to achieve connection with their conscious self to foster harmony within their external environment. Within my life, I learned the importance of perseverance and resilience despite abnormal circumstances and conditions. My experience of becoming an orphan due to abandonment, heavily influenced my focus on recovering from deprivation, abuse, and destruction. All must engage in the act of acute awareness within their healing process to achieve and foster resilience, alignment, grounding, and stability. My extensive work as a liaison for the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, influenced my view on life at a profound level. By learning from Holocaust survivors, I learned the importance of speaking up against injustice and fostering reconciliation as my mentor Amek Adler spoke about how genocide must be prevented from occurring again to other nations, cultures, and religions. Within my generational lines, my relatives and ancestors experienced ethnic cleansing, which ingrained and embedded my perspective that destruction can not bring peace. These experiences cemented my belief that overcoming profound trauma and loss can be a path toward empathy and unity. Beyond one’s experience, within the universal context we are all interconnected through our experiences. The power of love stands and remains a central theme in my work and dedicated practice to promote spiritual empowerment, healing, and unity consciousness. Love is a universal and powerful force that promotes internal healing and connection among all people and sentient beings. The power of love fosters sustainability and systematically heals acute trauma within. Love is a restorative force that can heal the fragmented soul to enable an individual to overcome the pain of trauma and abandonment. Within my life, learning from others compassionate responses enabled me to recover from my own experience from being abandoned as an infant. The practice of forgiveness, is an act of liberation, rooted in unconditional love and is essential for overcoming inner turmoil. Creating unity consciousness fosters wholeness and sustainable incremental change at the etheric and physical level. Healing soul core roots and wounds internally enables cathartic release. Through the process of unity consciousness the soul learns that collectively opening the heart through acts of love, kindness, and empathy, humanity can unite all souls as one. Interconnectedness is a process leads to collective empathy and a more peaceful, unified world. Connecting to the self and others fosters harmony, balance, and strengthens and enhances a humanitarian outlook and response. The power of love extends inward to foster self-love and self-respect. This inner work is the foundation for developing genuine empathy for others. One must always remain open, foster unconditional love and acceptance to experience boundless and limitless healing. Love has no predetermined or constrained limits or boundaries and is not based on control or conditions. Within the powerful spectrums and dynamics of unconditional love, a soul fosters the ability to honour and celebrate every sentient being through equality, respect, tolerance, and acceptance. Love is a boundless and unconditional force essential for spiritual growth, self-realization, and which forges harmonious connections with others. Unconditional and boundless love values and honours the forms of connections on an acute level. Love is not limited or conditional but an innate, universal energy that transcends human judgement. Empathetic compassion enables the soul to release from limitations. Limitations are usually derived from embedded ideologies, pre-existing conditions that emerged from various circumstances, or perspectives which have turned into judgement, prejudice, bias, or patterned behaviour. Love has no limits or boundaries. By releasing the mind from negative emotional constraints, all can create the space for forgiveness, which liberates the heart, soul, and mind. Fostering a more authentic approach enables the soul to ascend and become cognizant of its engagements and how actions, thoughts, words, and behaviour shape and manifest into their external and internal realities. Through the conscious choice of choosing love over destruction, one gives value and merit to the presence of peace. Unconditional love is a more powerful force than destruction, and is pivotal and imperative to the process of rebuilding and moving forward from devastating experiences. The path to peace is asynchronous and non-linear. By collectively opening our hearts and acting with love, kindness, and empathy, humanity can achieve universal unity and create a more loving and peaceful world. This collective effort is more powerful than individual actions alone. Connecting to the self and others through love enables one to compassionately respond to all situations with ethical and moral discernment. The journey of connecting with others begins with internal healing and self-love. By placing self-love as the foundation, unconditional love then emerges from the love of self. Nurturing one’s inner spirit is key to developing patience, love, and respect for oneself. This inner work creates the capacity to give and receive love in its purest form. Internal introspective methodical analysis is imperative to learn the foundational elements which are import for creating structure and outer connections. A healed individual can move beyond ego-driven behaviour toward selflessness. This internal process, teaches the conscious soul that connection is more valuable than detachment. To remain disconnected or abstain from the pure love of self is to deprive the soul of purpose and meaning. Connection enables the soul to move forward, achieve stabilization through salvation, rather than remaining stagnant or paralyzed within the state of despair, loss, grief, or the refuge of comfort. Self-love and self-awareness is an essential component for self-actualization and forming meaningful connections with others. To achieve stability, peace, and harmony one must balance empathy with respect. Connecting with others on a deeper level involves treating oneself with respect and expanding that respect to all living beings. This practice cultivates genuine empathy and allows for a deeper understanding of the struggles and experiences of others. The soul expands and elevates through heartfelt connections. When individuals operate from the heart rather than a reactive regressive state, they can approach every situation with an open mind, which helps to eclipse judgement and enhance interconnectedness. Self-love is the foundation of genuine empathy and respect for others. This core principle, is essential for spiritual growth, personal healing, and creating a unified world. Self-love establishes foundation and structure beyond atypical circumstances such as destruction which alters, destroys, and interrupts the process of peaceful coexistence. The work of cultivating empathy and respect for others must begin with internal healing and self-love. Unconditional love emerges from the love of self. Internal healing is the basis for achieving global peace. When all consciously choose to explore and process their own internal trauma through self-love, the soul then transmits and emits a frequency of healing energy rather than unresolved pain. Respecting your own worth enables the soul to act with discernment rather than detachment. One must first treat themself with love and respect to which then becomes a natural response to others. To remain within the sacred element of connection one must first understand their own internal pain. By establishing and setting boundaries, honouring one’s values and beliefs, and refusing to tolerate mistreatment from others, one then acts with integrity, moral principle, and within the state of justice operates with ethicality, neutrality, and moral judgement to achieve peaceful outcomes. By transcending the ego one then learns to override the drive of pride, resentment, anger, despair, and prejudice. The internal work of self-realization involves moving beyond ego-driven behaviour towards a state of selflessness. This transcendence replaces judgement and prejudice with compassion and understanding. Collective empathy and respect are essential ingredients which fosters healing on a profound level beyond the individual level. One must act with the intent to foster universal change rather than remaining within the entrapment of past circumstances which have altered the human state of compassion. Empathy and respect are the outward expression of the inner work of self-love. When self-love is the basis of one’s actions, empathy for others can grow authentically which manifests in the forms of genuine connections, treating all life as sacred and essential and moving beyond judgement to act with sacred neutrality. Genuine compassion is enhanced when the soul has empathy for the self rather than remaining in the volatile state of destruction and anguish. Through personal healing and connecting with the heart, individuals can develop empathy for themselves, which then cascades and radiates onto others. This connection allows for a deeper understanding of the struggles and experiences of both human and animal life. Treating all life as sacred honours the sacred principle of interconnectedness and unity consciousness as we are all one. Respect for others is not limited to humans. One must always advocate for the rights, freedoms, and sacred liberties of all life, as all life is sacred. Moving beyond judgement enables the soul to transcend the ego into a state of acceptance. One must learn the importance of authentically connecting with others rather than remaining in the selfish state of pride and greed. When individuals operate from the heart, they can approach situations with an open mind, which eclipses judgement and allows for deeper interconnectedness. By transcending the state of fear and powerlessness, one then lives with authenticity and begins to live rather than merely existing. One must decipher the true meaning behind existing and living. A healed individual can move beyond ego-driven behaviours to connect more deeply with others by approaching all situations with impartiality, sacred neutrality, and deep compassion. Our pain is often mirrored by our karmic counterparts which enables the soul to progress into a restorative state of healing and advancement. Spiritual growth centers on the interconnected relationship between transcending the ego, cultivating self-love and compassion, and developing respect for all living beings. This process of inner healing is foundational to living a purposeful and interconnected life.

SELF-REALIZATION
Within the last couple of months, I attended conferences where I spoke extensively about the importance of self-realization. This article, among others, have been submitted within the academic realm, as my thesis, is on how to acutely achieve sustainable and incremental internal healing, forgiveness, unity, and peace through the process of emancipation from destruction. My focus is based on examining the state of deprivation derived from abandonment, and how one can achieve restorative peace through recovery. My greatest hope is that my lived experiences surrounding abandonment and trauma, publications, collaborative humanitarian efforts, and teachings inspire and heal the fragments within everyone’s soul. My Empowerment Coaching practice will soon align with a group of individuals and organizations, who are dedicated to advocacy, restorative peace, recovery, and unification to enhance and foster sustainable resolutions. Within the world, everyone is a catalyst of profound change, at the micro and macro level, through their teachings, acts and selfless demonstrations of unconditional love, kindness, compassionate efforts of support, and endless humanitarian advocacy and assistance, which restores harmony, unity, balance, and cohesion for all. All must learn the importance of recovery from the state of internal suffering. My team, mentors, advisors, teachers, and loved ones, who acutely advocate for peace through the state of unconditional love, have enabled profound healing within my soul within my journey. One must stand as a testament that restorative healing enables the fragmented soul to overcome the scars derived from abandonment. Within the sequence of abandonment, the power of forgiveness is essential to transcend the internal pain born from destruction, indifference, ignorance, neglect, and apathy. The power of forgiveness both for oneself and others who have caused significant or tremendous pain must become one’s source of liberation and salvation. Forgiveness is an act of liberation that releases the soul and restores equilibrium. Forgiveness becomes the archetype of one’s healing which is rooted in one’s personal history of abandonment, injustice, suffering, trauma, or moments of deprivation. One must draw on their own healing journey to guide others. Within my teachings, beyond presenting a formal academic archetype, my writings and publications outline and define the power of consciousness to transcend and emancipate itself within the state of peaceful salvation through the act of forgiveness. My own sacred personal experiences enabled my own spiritual empowerment that fostered restoration, rebuilding of the self, and ultimately liberation which fostered internal resilience through perseverance. Healing through personal experiences enables one to stand firm in their authentic truth, move beyond perceptions and illusions of the figurative into the real and concrete, and within acceptance one then defines their life without limitations, constrictions, or restrictions. The defining moment for my emancipation was when I was orphaned at six months age, which illustrated, defined, and provided for me a deep understanding of trauma and recovery. At such a fragile age, the mind embedded the act of deprivation as my ultimate truth, and subsequently what unfolded was loss, abandonment, internal and external judgement, shame, and fragmentation. Beyond the act of another, one must define their life on their own terms beyond the cards that have been dealt. One might define their existence based on constructs, conditioned programming, or narrative truths imposed, projected, or adopted by others but ultimately, one must recognize the value within the silence, moments of despair, or the desperate need to seek answers within the state of loneliness. One might be lonely but they are never alone, as all souls are sacred and interconnected within the universal flow of life. One has to move from a retributive state of retaliation to enable acceptance to prevail to fully cleanse and purify the fragmented soul. Within time, one will meet several individuals that will enable the heart to express its desires, open with trust, and as the soul bravely rekindles the light within. One’s archetype of healing must not be based on endurance or survival but with the mindset of living intentionally, consciously, and fully. Our theoretical models must be based on sacred wisdoms extracted from events or moments of turbulence, while giving deference to our generational ancestors who demonstrated that the soul can overcome any challenges or hardships. One must achieve equilibrium by remaining grounded in their lived experience of overcoming challenges rather than living with “what ifs.” A situation after all is concrete, final, finite, and echoes forever where it cannot be alternated or changed. Beyond the narrative of the wounded healer one must become a guardian and warrior of the light. One must embrace and process one's own pain to guide others within their moments of sorrow, loss, or despair. Acknowledging and recovering from personal suffering is the first step toward helping others which affords emancipation and liberation of the soul. Our narratives, stories, teachings, wisdoms, and spoken truths must underpin one’s concept of healing and empowerment beyond obstacles, modes of destruction, or primal fear. Beyond my childhood experience of being abandoned, I have consciously chosen to navigate, instruct, and guide others through their own trauma and recovery to demonstrate that there is light at the end of the tunnel. My story of adversity may be represented within the hearts, minds, and souls of many others who have endured significant hardships, challenges, and obstacles and within these moments of learning how to rebuild trust, intimacy, and to understand that unconditional love is safe, one then recognizes and realizes the value and worth of support, empathy, and endless compassion. We are not our past, we are the future, our true power is within the present moment. Early abandonment allowed my conscious self to understand the complex recovery process experienced by both children and foster parents. Within my writings I explicitly state that my divine purpose and goal is to use this direct experience with overcoming challenges to help others who want to rebuild after devastating experiences. My work is deeply connected to my personal history of overcoming adversity and this is crucial within the fragile moments of despair, fragmentation and loss. Loss must not become one’s life cycle as one will never appreciate the beauty within life. Rejection is redirection and one must learn that unconditional love is not unconditional tolerance.

HARMONY
The ultimate expression of resilience is peace. Universal unity is a powerful integrated process which enables and affords all individuals to heal beyond measure, which leads to collective empathy, which in turn creates a more loving and peaceful world. Unity consciousness awakens the hearts, minds, and souls within all sentient life. Respect for all life is integral, sacred, and a demonstration that unconditional love is more powerful than destruction. Respect for oneself and others are the foundational elements which foster interconnectedness and unconditional love. All life is sacred, integral, and essential, and true respect comes from within and projects outward. Love is the most powerful force in the world and has no limits or boundaries. By collectively opening our hearts and acting with love, kindness, and empathy, all then unite as one. Building and achieving collective unity fosters and inspires the hearts of many to engage in the internal process of connection rather than detachment, and acutely enables self-actualization to preside which provides the foundation for creating a more unified and harmonious world. Spiritual evolution enables internal and catalytic external transformation, as spiritual ascension allows all to evolve and awaken to their true divine purpose. Reclaiming one’s inner power is essential to move beyond the paradigm of fear and destruction. By letting go of the past and refusing to let it dictate one’s worth, individuals can acutely reclaim their inner power and sovereignty. The shift from the state or place of powerlessness to empowerment is crucial for fostering holistic healing, peace, and harmony within and externally. Healing internal pain enables the soul to breathe. By confronting and resolving personal traumas such as depreciation, isolation, alienation, suffering and abandonment individuals overcome the fragmentation that painful experiences cause or manifest through patience, care, observance, self-love, and focus to derive clarity and profound meaning. Transcending the ego is a transmutative and transformative process. As inner metaphysical core wounds heal, all sentient life then moves beyond self-interest and ego-driven behaviours into a state which allows and fosters awareness to bring recognition to the soul for the inherent worth of all life through the act of selflessness.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Unconditional love enables equilibrium within the soul. Love is not just a human emotion, it is a universal and sacred force which strengthens empathic connection. Within the nurturance and embrace of love, one receives the compassionate indelible imprint of unconditional acceptance. The force of love liberates, frees the soul from obstacles, and demonstrates unconstrained acceptance without judgement, prejudice, or bias, which enables personal spiritual growth and conscious expansion. Within its embrace, deep internal pains heal, to enable all to open their hearts through the process of remaining open to a higher form of universal love. Love unifies. The heart is the center of authenticity, inner peace, and spiritual truth. Love moves beyond the source of excuses, rationalizations, and entrapments of the mind. By acting from the heart, one can embrace true feelings, heal from traumatic events, and connect with a universal love and purpose. While the mind relies on past experiences, the heart looks to the future. The mind is often driven by external narratives, outdated belief systems or embedded constructs that promote self-doubt, fear, and anxiety which can destroy the spirit if granted power. Within the compartmentalized states of the mind, the mind seeks patterned verification and justification for negative actions, thoughts, perceptions, or judgements. One must rise beyond the cerebral aspects of remaining stagnant within logic and operate from the rooted emotional centre of unconditional love, for the heart feels with innocence and purity beyond illusions. The heart, conversely, feels with true authenticity and within its gentle genuine nature it seeks hope.

GLOBAL PEACE
Conscious expansion and spiritual evolution is the path to healing, empowerment, and collective peace. Within the concept of liberation, one must recognize and realize one’s innate potential for healing, transformation, and freedom, thereby achieving a higher state of consciousness. Conscious expansion is the process of elevating one’s awareness while deepening their connection to themselves, others, and the universe. The continuous journey of spiritual evolution and personal growth ensures that one moves from a state of self-focus to a unified state of collective conscious experience. The heart centre enables all beings to unify through the power of love. Healing the core wound and addressing embedded emotional pain and trauma, can enable one to decipher what is acting as a barrier to spiritual growth. Within healing, what is not addressed in the physical realm manifests in the metaphysical. To expand consciousness, one must confront and recover from what causes the soul internal turbulence. Embracing change and overcoming challenging experiences, enables the heart, mind, soul, and spirit to attain a state of liberation and peace. Life’s difficulties, challenges, and periods of chaos should be viewed as catalysts for reflection and personal transformation. When one embraces challenges as opportunities for growth, expansion, and awakening to one’s true self, they begin their process of self-mastery and erode the role of the ego. Reclaiming one’s sovereignty, is an integral part of conscious expansion by reclaiming personal freedom and autonomy, which means not allowing negative perceptions or past traumas to define one’s existence. One must consciously choose to create a life in alignment with one’s purpose. Through the practice of forgiveness, it becomes a courageous act of self-liberation that restores inner peace and balance. By releasing all forms of judgment, grievances, perceptions, grudges, modes of resentment, and hate, individuals can stop being constrained by the past and move toward higher awareness. Within the state of hate, nothing can emerge as peace is not an option. Conscious expansion is a journey of introspection, healing, and self-mastery that enables one to transcend past limitations and live a life aligned with their higher purpose. The process for achieving conscious expansion is found through intentional actions and internal healing. Moving towards unity consciousness allows one to open to connection rather than disconnection. Conscious expansion moves a person beyond individual self-interest of “me” towards recognizing the interconnectedness of all life. All life is sacred, integral, and essential, and our actions deeply and profoundly influence the lives of others. By healing internally and promoting inclusion and respect, individuals then contribute to collective unity and global peace

HEALING ABANDONMENT
Within the state of abandonment one must surrender to the uncertain, unpredictable, uncontrollable, and unknown. In the slow painful sequences of deprivation, one experiences devastation, profound loss, inadequacy, and becomes embroiled and accustomed to unfamiliar and abnormal treatment from those who vowed or promised to honour their sacred agreement to provide nurturance, support, stability, and security. One must confront the pain, by facing the soul core wounds of abandonment which have become entrenched and embedded, which is often a difficult and delicate process as internal feelings of worthlessness, despair born from sadness, powerlessness, and resentment surface. Within the painful and uncomfortable state of alienation and isolation, the soul fragments, becomes desensitized, and becomes apathetic to enable another the space or room for intimate moments of vulnerability, intimacy, or trust. Addressing the internal pain is necessary to circumvent future issues such as disassociation, apathy, indifference, loss of self, or the inability to trust or love again. When one’s philosophy on healing is rooted in the belief that personal recovery from trauma and inner pain is the foundation for individual empowerment and collective well-being, one then becomes emancipated from the entrapment of the residual past energetic entanglements with karmic counterparts and stands firmly in their own strength rather than seeking external validation for their presence or existence. One is not a mistake, a burden, or born from sin. Through metamorphic cathartic healing, one soothes the soul and helps others navigate their journey through their similar stories and teachings which enhance resilience and survival. By overcoming devastation, as one and others reclaim their personal power and embrace a spiritual approach to growth, they become emancipated. Forgiving others, as well as oneself, is an act of self-liberation that restores inner equilibrium and allows for the gentle unfolding of the sacred heart. By letting go of judgment, individuals can reclaim their inner power, restore their internal and external peace, and move forward in their lives without being constrained by the past. Love is the most powerful force in the world, which is rooted in unconditional acceptance, inner healing, and empowerment. One’s holistic philosophy must view individual healing and self-love as catalysts to produce collective unity and global peace. One must emphasize that loving others begins with loving oneself. Love is freedom, liberation, and unconstrained acceptance of all without judgement, prejudice, and bias, and at the central core of its foundational principle is sacred neutrality. Within the state of neutrality, one then supersedes projections, falsifications, labels, distortions, illusions, and perceptions, into a calm state of stillness through observation. One cannot live within the illusionary opinions of others for they do not comprehend what an individual has gone through.

RESTORATIVE PEACE
Beyond unconditional love and resilience, all must learn from their traditional generational wisdoms to derive humility, core values, honour, morality, and ethicality. One must always honour and uphold the role of freedom and sovereignty to attain ultimate autonomy which is instrumental in one’s conscious expansion, liberation, and evolutionary spiritual growth. My Grandmother’s journey as a refugee escaping communist Hungary taught myself and my adopted Mother the importance of fundamental freedoms and having the power to govern one’s own life. Our individual worth is not diminished by past experiences, and everyone has the right to reclaim their life and declare their sovereignty to better serve their respective communities to foster global peace, harmony, and alignment. By remaining resourceful and encompassing ingenuity, one will remain humble, adaptive, and perseverant to make the most of what is available and rebuild with creativity after immense loss. All can accomplish anything they set their minds to with innovation and imagination. By evoking patience and inner peace, one is able to navigate turbulent times with grace and ease, extracting lessons which foster forgiveness and inner peace. Balance and equilibrium can be achieved even in difficult circumstances within the realm of devastation and destruction. One must seek to lead with the heart, handle all aspects of life with respect, responsibility, and care, and by encompassing the true practice of genuine authenticity, one can achieve heartfelt connections, empathy, and compassion which is central and integral for one to reconnect with their true divine self.

CONGRUENCE
Fear is a state, or emotional sequence of distress, panic, or urgency to resist a known, unknown, or illusionary force that seeks to undermine, cause irreversible destruction or pain, through the use of coercion, conditional practices of abnormal actions which seek to cause apprehension, danger, or the unpleasantness of unrest. To remain within a state that causes one to fear the unknown, uncertain, or unpredictable is to give power to those that seek to cause disturbances, dismay, or destruction. Constant or consistent bombardment of distortions, disturbances, or circumstances which cause panic, causes one to adopt the belief that threat is constant, unavoidable, normative, or impending if immediate action is not taken to counteract the threat. When confronted with jeopardy, uncertainty, or persistent unrest, one is presented with two options, rise to the challenge, or allow the circumstance to devour, destroy, or eclipse one’s personal growth, foundational structure, or evolution. What one perceives as dangerous, unpleasant, or a threat may be a constant normative condition for another; to the one that finds dangerous conditions normative has developed adaptive traits to counter the force of uncertainty whereas, others will seek resistance. Fear plays a crucial and pivotal role in one’s ability to attain resilience and perseverance, as one has to consciously choose self-mastery over allowing another to become their ultimate arbitrator of truth or taskmaster. To live within the realm of fear, one will experience the prevalence of powerlessness, dismay, constant consternation, and repeated questioning of one’s true purpose or role of self. To remain within a depreciated state of loss of self, due to an illusionary force, is to give away one’s sovereign autonomy to another without question, concern, or thought for the ramifications. Once sovereignty of self is lost, liberty soon follows. One must seek to understand that one must not place a label on the situation at hand, as the core root resides within the state of control. To erode one’s self-esteem, is to give into the submissive and subversive nature of servitude. One must maintain direct focus, autonomy, and leverage, over one’s existence, without handing the reins of power over their life to another. For a society to function and operate with ethicality and justice, all must abide by the common rule of law however, within the private relationships and partnerships one should abstain from allowing power struggles to take precedence. Power struggles are a prime example of one’s inability to release control over the lives of others, and within the state of control, self-interest rises in importance over the wellbeing of another.
