Ana & Jack
There was a certain dispute that came across the land. Some was for war and some was for peace. To every part there seem to be a different opinion. And the younger was against the older. And the communities feuded. Many people were in an uproar. But not Jack, Jack was smooth like butter and he was cunning. His family was a military family. He grew up idolizing generals and military heroes. His whole life was set before him and he was ready to start his life on the brigade. And then there was Ana, Ana was lovely and Ana was beautiful and she was promised at a young age to choose from many suitors. Ana was picture perfect and a wonderful attitude about life. She grew up in fair conditions and she was infatuated with smarts and looks and cleverness. It so happened that Jack was stationed in the reserve in Ana's city. Jack was serious about his job and he did not want to jeopardized his career, his family honor and his livelihood. He would wear his uniform constantly and would not loosen up for nobody. And after several months, just when he was about to get his promotion. And he was set on an assignment near Ana's family. And after a few times the two met eye to eye, Jack brushed her off because he was afraid of love. Yet Ana kept coming and she was clever to him. First she would talk sweet to him and he would gently smile with the troops. Then she would come near asking many questions about what troops do and Ana made a joke and had the officers laughing. And when Jack overheard the joke, he threw off his hat and roll laughing and he asked his officers for whom made the joke. However they forgot about Ana. And when she appeared again interested in the officers, Jack was busy doing something. And Ana made a joke again and had the whole troop laughing. And one of them called Jack and Jack came laughing throwing his helmet in the air. And Ana shocked, she caught the helmet. "You might not wanna do that stud. Throw your helmet in a frenzy. You might hurt somebody," Ana said. "Well look out. Cause that was the funniest joke I ever heard and you. Wait a minute you are that funny. You are that cute. You are that beautiful with all that sass." Jack said. And Ana signed and Jack slowly drew closer. "Not in my wildest dreams did I think you would be so much. Hey what's your name." The officers came and pull Jack away and told him that's the woman with the jokes and beauty, Ana. And they pulled Jack away saying his name. Ana in excitement rushed back home and told her parents she met someone and that he was the love of her life and his name. Sometime later, Ana's parents hired men to chopped trees in the back woods. And Ana was curious and chatting with her friends. And her friends were curious about the woodmen so they asked Ana if they could look. And low and behold her friends begged, pleaded and forced Ana to look while Ana was explaining that her heart is for only one man. As she was saying this and about to say his name. She looked unwillingly and one of the men came near. He had no shirt on, medium built and sweating from the labor and her friends thought he was coming toward them. And Ana scarely close her eyes and turn. And he walked slowly and stood behind her. It was Jack and he called her name gently. Ana slightly ignored and then he said his name and reminded her of her joke. "Ana you can look at me. I want you. It's Jack Ana. I did this job for you," exclaimed Jack. Ana turned ever so gently and exclaimed "Heyyyyyy Jack. Woooo Jack." And Jack fell to his knees and kiss Ana's hands and begged her to get married. And Ana told her friends to get her parents. And her parents saw the two and knew they were in loved.

The Love Story of Lady Ninnie & Lord Kennie
It was not far but yes away. That a certain respectable Aristocrat named Henry created a family. He met the love of his life Alissa. Alissa was fair and lovely. She came from humble beginnings. She had many suitors but Henry won her over. At the beginning of their marriage, they both had struggle and yet somehow overcome the trials and tests of life back then. Henry loved Alissa with all of his heart and she bore many children. It so happened that Alissa fell ill after her child Ninnie. Alissa became too weak to continually being the main caretaker she was. Alissa spent many days in the hospital and her expenses were creating havoc for the family. "Alissa I love you with all of my heart. I love you with everything that is within," cried Henry at her bedside "You know I lost my mother at an early age and my father could bearly take care of me. Please God let her recover. Let her live." Henry would take the children to see her for several months and she got a little better but eventually she passed. Ninnie was the only one who did not know her mother so well. The only children had many fond memories of their mother. Ninnie would be shy and quiet. Ninnie hurted and cried when she thought of her mother apart of her that she did not think would heal. And so Henry buried and had Alissa's funeral, and Henry received a sum and title from Alissa's family. Henry did not know Alissa's family was rich and well endowed. Alissa's family told Henry that Alissa runaway from them because they did not approved of her marriage. Alissa's family apologized at the funeral and they hug and kiss Henry and Alissa's children. Alissa's funeral was lovely and sad at the same time for many people were heartbroken over her sudden death. And as the years passed on, Ninnie stood by her father Henry who became so wealthy and great at business that he became a Lord. Lord Henry raised his family and many of Ninnie's brothers and sister grew up before her. All of her brothers got married and had families and children. Her sister then got married and had children. But Ninnie did not know love she did not know relationship. Ninnie was still that little girl that did not know her mother Alissa. Ninnie was hardworking she was smart like her siblings. She loved working and being diligent. She helped cared for her nieces and nephews. And she took care of her older father Lord Henry. Then one day, a man came by and Ninnie's father Lord Henry was sleeping. The man was looking for her cousin Abram. He said "Hi Lovely Lady, my name is Kennie. I'm a friend of your cousin Abram. Is he here?" And Ninnie brush him off. And Ninnie told her father Lord Henry. Eventually this happened many times then Lord Henry finally talk to Kennie. Lord Henry said "Kennie Abram told me you are into business. He told me you came from a good family." "Yes that is right my mother is a doctor and my father is a minister but I want to see what it is like to be a businessman," exclaimed Kennie. "So you like business.that's good....are you seeing anybody?" said Lord Henry. "Nope my mother and father want me to get a good education so in the meantime I am thinking about going to the military." said Kennie. "Kennie I got one last child, one last daughter, Ninnie. She's hardworking, she's beautiful like her mother Alissa and she is strong," said Lord Henry. Kennie looked eager and smiling and really really really listening. "I would like for you to be her husband, now just think about it because I don't want her alone. She was the youngest and she is pretty shy. Be gentle and kind and protect her for me." said Lord Henry. Abram came in the room and said," I heard Kennie, Ninnie is no joke. She's a good woman. Don't hurt my cousin. Be charming but not a Casanova." Lord Henry called for Ninnie and told her that she got a date and she resisted but obeyed her father Lord Henry. It was the perfect night, the breeze was gentle the sun was beautifully set. It was made for love. Kennie came just at 7:30pm and he knocked in a black pinstripe tuxedo with just pick carnations in his right hand. And Ninnie answered the door in a lovely fitting light blue dress that her mother Alissa passed down to her. And Kennie gave her the flowers and she hugged him and he gave her a light kiss on her cheek and they walk to the park talking and laughing and mingling. They were the perfect match. And that was their story, a love for all times.

Bourgnew's Transformative Leadership
It's when you listen to your people. When you listened to their responses and evidentiary works. And you listen to the call to duty, carefully making a decision that is needed and popular. When you really listen and seek resolution beyond what you feel and beyond what you think. When you can walk in the shoes of your soldier and walk in the shoes of your supporter and honestly connect. When you can make that connection to their necessities and wants and decided decisively where to put your support. You have to transform the outlook on your priorities. You have to think outside the box in perspective of the soldiers. You have to see the loopholes in the situation and explore how to repair the outlook. You have to focus on the possibilities and link them together for resolution. it's not about being crafty. It's not about being deceitful. It's not about popularity alone. It's not about doing what is favorable only to officers but its looking deep down into the crisis. And realizing that something necessary must be done. That this crisis got to be averted or all else will fail. It is building up moral. Strengthening the trust among your soldiers and strengthening the trust among officers and alike. Letting them know that you are loyal to them as they are loyal to you. That you see the bigger picture. That you see the major outcome. And winning over their support with knowledge, intel, and resources. Letting them know that you hear them and that you see them. Letting them know that you are ready, ready to fight for them, ready to defend your cause, and ready at all odds to be the best you can be. You must role model the behavior that you want others to exhibit. You must show your troops how to act and be strong and be brave. You must show them to mediate and find the reason behind their fear and crush that fear with duty, loyalty, and trust. Transformative Leadership is about change. It's about ambition. It's about seeing the present opportunities ahead of you and choosing the best one that is accomplishable. It's about perceiving what your people need and using that perception to outline victory. It's about building bridges and relationships. Building confidence in your people and soldiers by verifying and critically assessing their thoughts and movements. You have to immortalized your troops with thoughts of acclamation. You must reaffirm their faith, hope and trust. You must let them know that they are not alone and that help is on the way. You must guide them to victory and embrace their shortcomings and show them direction. You have to strengthened them to complete the mission and build them up with the directives that must be completed. You have to carefully lead them to victory and mature their thinking where they can easily brainstorm new ideas. It's about detailing the process of victory every step of the way and acknowledging mistakes using them as stepping stones for success. Only be firm when you see major retaliation and major digress from the process and path of victory. That is only time you need to set an example to get the result you seek and alert other soldiers away from repeating those retaliations. Transformative Leadership is actions and details aligning together to produce results. It is putting forth an example of expectations and success using a higher level of thinking throughout the process and trusting the individuals to carry out the mechanisms. It's allowing leadership to be a verb. It's allowing leadership to be an action. Transformative gives the power to those who have the intel and evidence. It's more than trial and error, it is powerful and effective in administering justice and guaranteeing freedom.

Bourgnew's Situational Leadership
Situational Leadership is a testing of waters. You have to test others to improve others. You have to test their abilities and capabilities in order to set an example for the rest of your people. Testing is a way of verifying and building up. You want the strongest. You want the best. You have to discern the resources you are given. It takes apt. It takes knowledge. It takes hardwork but it is worth the work. Your people will thank you for it when they see your wisdom and perception. When they see that you are a disciplined leader and a strong leader who takes advise and respect the troops. And there are times where you have to let democratic leadership intervene. You have to let others lead where they are strong and make them setback when they are weak. Everybody can be weak especially if they do not have the evidence and the intel. And they are unsure about going on the mission. Not all missions will be successful but you can use them to learn, discern, and decipher the negatives from the positives. A leader knows not to put to much on one side but to evenly delegated authority to others to create a consensus of force. This consensus force can withstand any uncertainty, any unknown conflict letting the troops know that we are in this together and making sure you reward everyone who contribute good intel because that set the basis for constructive leadership which can avail crisis as they arise. Situational Leadership is about knowing your weaknesses and your strengths and creating a cohort of major players who can balance your administration. As the leader, you must show the necessities of the mission. You must show the importance of the action taken. You must show the need for repercussions. You must show that the crisis is real and eroding freedom. You must create the patriotism. Patriotism is just doing anything but availing the freedoms of your country and strengthening its ties to the rest of the world. It is much bigger than one's personal belief. Patriotism is a way of life for soldiers and its a reason to die in conflict. You must create the ideology of heroism. Heroism isn't risking lives unless necessity and as a last resort.. Heroism is thinking outside the box, knowing your enemy's plans and repercussion and using it for your strategic benefits. Heroism is using courage to defeat fears. You must structure what is missing. Connect the missing pieces and create and form the necessary mentality for success. You cannot be shaken on the evidence. You cannot let the little things deter you from the real motives. You must have a clear mind and be one in your thoughts. Now as the directives change, you must change but also remain resilient on the purpose of justice. You must not lose track of administering justice. You must stay focus that this is bigger than you, this is bigger than your troops, this is bigger than your people. It has to have a world purpose, a historic purpose that outlive time. To really make a change that can benefit everyone. It has to bring to light the darkness. The darkness which was blinded to this world and which still exist in the world. You cannot let it stay hidden. And you must encourage others to stand up, other allies, other nations, other countries to work together. Alone is only necessary on a temporary basis in exploring the possibilities but when you know the underlining truth you must bring in all the resources, bring in all the defence, bring in all the ammunitions to tear the stronghold down and build up liberty. It is necessary for the institution of democracy. It is necessary for the existence of the free world. It is necessary for the preservation of the present society. To forge the bounds that lead us to peace, that abounds justice and that resist hatred

One of the Most Elite Minds
Well it all started with me as an infant trying to read a College Mathematics book. I don't quite know how it got into my hands or who put it into my hands but I do know it changed my world. Ever since I was young I just wanted to learn and think freely. I wanted to be me. I wanted to be great. I wanted to smart. And that's what my five other siblings knew, they watched me grow and they watched me become as they were becoming. We each had to work for what we wanted. We each were told how special we were. We each were given talent. Some things they were good at and some things I was good at. And yes we fought each other. At first I was dying to sing so crazy about singing that I made straight A's in elementary to be taught how to sing because music was everything to me and so was art. And my first teachers made learning unique, exciting, and fun. They spent the time that my parents couldn't because they were busy trying to provide a roof and food on the table. Learning was like a game. And I was mastering at having fun at learning and doing the things I cherish most. Ah music and art made me happy. If I could paint, create and draw without restrictions then I would be happy. Drawing leaders in history and trying to learn from them and understand their deposition. I never thought in my wildest dreams to become a national leader. And something surpassed music and art being more important. It was learning everything I could possibly learn. After struggling in the suburbs elementary and regaining A's in sixth grade then straight A's for a quarter and being told that I was as smart as an English Teacher. I was introduced to learning. Something about learning and learning everything you possible can made me happy and free. I would spend hours and hours at the library because homework was fun and interesting. And my older siblings told me that I had to learn for myself about my subjects and I did. I took the challenge. I even got to teach at age 11 older students and my artwork competed with college students. But even I knew I needed more education before teaching yet I was curious very curious about teaching others about the knowledge I knew. Then in high school tutoring in Math and Chemistry while learning and helping students pass. And if I got Bill Gates Scholarship I would of graduated in tenth grade starting high school early. I did however start college early and was accepted into college before my high school graduation. And in high school I tied Greek philosophy with music exploring how music combines all subjects and perfect the earnest learner. Unable to afford college, taking a risk on a new invention inspired by my technology teacher and economics teacher. I invented an invention before graduating high school and learning business while working in high school. It was my illness that brought me back to college. I had that fervent desire to understand health and education. I excelled at my classes making high honors the first semester with straight A's and being consistent throughout college excelling at health and business given a distinctive associates and honor bachelors and a lifetime achievement in business and in the National Leadership Honor Society for life. I always believed God granted me this success and I always thank Him. And now one of the Most Elite Minds in Business, I could hear my mother and father saying we told you so Matt. You're smart.

The Multi-Hybrid Vehicles
The Multi-Hybrid Car can greatly saved on energy. It can reduces dependency on one energy source and cause a unified sources of energy to preserve power. This is our answer to the Academy of Engineers, which we were gladly accepted into because of our innovation. We challenge ourselves and we thought out the best innovative approach to fixing this milestone crisis. And we used our backing in the American Chemical Society, we used it to advance our preposition and our approach. We believe strongly in the unified source of energy because it is the most promising. The unified source of energy can survive the most difficult and devastating problems of our time. Bourgnew's scientists believe strongly in this approach and it can help us in space exploration and beyond. It can help us with understanding new systems for building vehicles of different industries. We believe totally in this approach and offer this approach to fixing the crisis of our time, carbon emissions. The Unified source of energy can come from solar power from the top of the car where sunlight and daylight can easily hit and it regenerate power. Solar is undeniably one of a lasting power source that can ease our dependence on the unhealthy powersources. It can take us to new heights if used properly and can help us reduce reliance on one powersource. The electric power since it is the most stable can power the engine and the important functions of the car. Electric power is necessary and it should be considered when thinking of a certain powersource that can endure both night and day. Electric power is a life saver and it needs to stay in perspective otherwise it can wear and tear. By wear and tear, I mean it can be negative to be totally reliance on one energy source. As we know, the Electric Grid is only so strong and we need to find other sources of power to ease the pressure on it. Wind power can be useful with a car's horsepower, there is a chance on the side where the doors are at and underneath to recuperate energy and use it for necessary storage to help in emergency and prolong the life of the car. Wind power can be just as good as solar power because it comes from an element. We need to harness other powersource to preserve the livelihood we now have in order to better and secure the future. If solar power in calculators can keep them lasting almost 30 years in school then solar power which is mostly present everyday can give the car extra power to last longer without hindering its usage. Wind power will add to the makeup of an excellent car because it will add more energy and cars could be probably keep running well pass hundred of miles or more. It creates the idea of better and greater refurbishment. Dealers can sell cars with new parts and dealers will no longer have to make new cars just build on the success of the old cars. This will greatly reduce the carbon emissions from building old cars. It will easily take out tons of emissions over the building of new cars. Further it will reduce the hole in the ozone layer. Additionally, the electric grid can only take so much. And we do not want to put the world in the position of being dependent on electricity alone. This will create another elephant in the room. It will create another barrier and it will cause another crisis. We need to build things that can last long because in the end, it will be self-sufficient and planet saving. There are other additions that we could propose besides these three. We could add hydrogen as a fourth energy. We could use water and separate the hydrogen from water to give energy to the engine of the car. We can take the muffler and create a fan like a computer which will reduce and thin out the smell from hydrogen to lessen its effect on the environment. We can create a filter that is easily cleanable by a mechanic. For instance, using a small thick cotton plastic towellette, which will catch all the carbon emissions. The muffler can be replaceable and made up of a light metal or strong plastic. There are many ways to change our outlook on a car, modern car, a multi-hybrid car.
