Horchata

Hi my name is Crystal and this is my recipe for horchata. My version of horchata is different then most. I do not use rice at all. I have never tasted the “real” version before but I am told it tastes almost exactly the same. You can make them iced or hot, whichever you prefer. I have never used measurements before I have always done it to taste. I got this recipe from my old manager; however, she never told me how much only what the ingredients were so after that I just went home and played with it until I got the taste down. And once I got the taste down I was able to make it the same way each and every time! My family loves it, it is always gone within the day! Hope you enjoy! :)
