I am married with 7 children, 28 grands, and 13 great-grandchildren. I am a culture consultant part-time. I write A Poem a Day in February for 8 years now. I wrote 4 - 50,000 word stories in NaNoWriMo. I write on Vocal/Medium daily.

14 Day Object Writing Challenge
My friend who has a master's degree in poetry told me that I have a lyricist in me. That was good news as I don’t think I am a poet, and I am much better at rhyme and storytelling. So, a lyricist sounds like something I can work with.

Love The Grandchildren
The eighteen-year-old called to get some information about building a gun. He called Grandpa. Grandpa told him to build a go-kart. I said, did you tell him that sounds dangerous? Yes, Grandpa said, he did tell him that. The next call was from our grandson to ask if Grandpa had a tool to cut a stock.

Can we fill in the rest of the frames? Yes. For sure we can add grief and loss. Chronic bereavement is another. Overdose. Suicide. Addiction. More specific abuse; rape, domestic violence, incest, physical and emotional neglect. Or fill in the blanks with your trauma.
