My Top 5 Rules For Polyamory
I have been polyamorous for quite a few years now. I've yet to really encounter problems, as some do, but even so I have learned some very helpful things over time when it comes to polyamory, and what's important to keep in mind when it comes to this type of relationship dynamic. Right now I have two partners, and those partners have at least one as that is not me as well. Whether you're a seasoned vet, or a curious beginner, I hope you read my five rules me and my partners live by helpful to you.

Five Things About Grief That Surprised Me
I lost my dog seven months ago. He passed away of pulmonary hypertension. It was quick, and he didn't suffer, but I have. He was 13 and his name was Max. He taught me a lot about grief, something that up until seven months ago, I had never experienced before. No matter how much others tell you about it, no matter what you think you understand about grief, if you've never experienced it, you'll never fully understand it. I write this to help out as best I can, because as you grieve you don't know where to turn. This is the top five things about grief that surprised me.

We all love Drag, and if you know anything about Drag, you know about UNHhhh. The show where they talk about whatever they want, because it is their show, and not yours. Trixie and Katya are one of the funniest drag queens in the business if you ask me, especially in their show UNHhhh. Here is my list of my top 5 UNHhhh episodes because I feel like they deserve their on Top 5 Listicle. I'm leaving out the Trixie and Katya show because while it was funny, it wasn't UNHhhh, and I think we can all agree on that.

5 Things I Think Vocal Should Have
I feel like Vocal is a great and fun platform for writers who don't want to put in the expense of building a whole blog. That can cost money and time and the money is not guaranteed. Here at Vocal, we get to express ourselves and write about a ton of things we want to write. We make a little money with our views, and tips are offered if people really like what we write. Now, I'll admit I haven't made too much money on here yet, but I have figured out a lot of things that would make this platform even better for all of us. These are all suggestions that I have come up with as I've explored the site and written on here.

'Insatiable'
WARNING: SPOILERSTrust me, I also got on to the bandwagon of assuming the worst of Insatiable. I saw the trailer and the way it was edited, it really looked like a show that would be about a "skinny is magic" redemption story with a few crazy antics. Nothing new. Nothing special. And harmful to girls and their body image. I had pretty much decided that I wasn't going to watch it. Because while I have not been an obese person, I have definitely struggled with my weight and body image. I dieted at 17 and lost twenty pounds (went from 145 to 125), and some of those things I still carry with me. I experience meal guilt and weight guilt often. I didn't want to have another "skinny is magic" story in my head.

The hottest topic in true crime right now is Ted Bundy. He's everywhere. Netflix's new documentary Conversations With A Killer and the upcoming movie starring Zac Efron have brought one of the craziest cases from the 70s in the forefront of our minds. He's long since been dead, a terrible man met the fate he deserved in 1989, but his influence is still seen to this day. That's why he's still a hot topic. A handsome, educated man, who had a relatively normal childhood, was killing women. He killed them one after the other and he would've never stopped if he had been caught.

Looking for something fun to do with your friends when you're too broke to go out drinking, but still want to get super drunk? I have just the list for you. These have all been tested by myself and my friends in a drunken state. These range from super easy to super hard, but they are all super fun and I promise you and your friends will be laughing their butts off. Some of these you can make into drinking game, and some not so much, but honestly? Nothing's better than hanging with friends and getting super drunk while playing board games.

I Started Yoga
Let me just say I've started off my 2019 off right in a lot of ways. One of them is starting off on my eating healthy habits on the right foot, and also starting my fitness training. Unfortunately, I am a poor university student, and because of my ADHD the idea and practice of just "working out" in a gym doesn't work too well for me. I can't afford fun classes with music and other who have the same hobbies. It's too cold where I live to go hiking and walking without freezing most of the time. The gym in my apartment complex that I pay for is okay, but again I don't like the gym.

My Wicca Story
I've had my fair share of hardships. I've struggled through some crazy things and mental issues. Nothing compared to this year. My best friend of six years broke my heart into a million pieces, and while I dealt with my craziest semester yet, I tried to heal from the abuse he did to me. Then almost two months ago, my dog died. He was the best boy. I loved him so much, and I miss him so much it hurts physically. When he died, I started to question myself.

I've always prided myself in being young at heart. I feel like it's a big part of who I am. I think you will always live your best life when you allow yourself to enjoy things for any age, no matter what your actual age is. Cartoons are something we are denied after a certain age. 5 Tips on Learning a New Language
I've been studying French for seven and a half years now. I've been teaching it for a year. I have picked up some tips and tricks along the way that are surefire ways to help you learn your second (third or fourth) language quicker and better. Some are easy, others are harder, but each one has its place in the success of learning another language. First and foremost, some advice: Learning a language is hard and a process. You won't learn it in a day, you'll make mistakes. It's not like learning history or biology where you read a book and that's it; this takes time and work. Be kind to yourself as you learn your language.
