A Conversation with the Ex
I don't know what I expected to see when I opened my eyes, but I know it wasn't the face of my ex-wife. Nevertheless, there she was, standing beside the hospital bed with an almost affectionate look in her eyes. It was really kind of creepy.

Looking back, I know that the “accidental” crossing of paths in the past has had much to do with the person I am today. “Lend me your ear” for a moment and let me tell you about the rabbit hole I went down a few days ago. It started with me asking myself why I came back to Vocal, and why I'm still here.
