10 Things You Didn't Know About Grand Admiral Thrawn
I first picked up Timothy Zahn’s original Thrawn Trilogy when I was around twelve years old. Here, I was introduced to the Grand Admiral Thrawn, the brilliant military strategist who seemed to know his enemy’s every move before they even thought of it. His character became canon when he appeared in Season 3 of Star Wars Rebels and in Zahn’s new Star Wars: Thrawn trilogy. Ahsoka Tano’s mention of his name in The Mandalorian promised that we would see more of him in the near future.

Gina Carano’s Character Is Left Out Of The Newest 'The Mandalorian’ Artwork
Gina Carano - the actress behind ex-rebel shock trooper Cara Dune in the smash-hit Star Wars TV series The Mandalorian - has never been shy from voicing her opinions over socio-political issues online. While fans are divided on their support toward her, things took a further turn when a recently released piece of official artwork for the series did not feature the major character.

The Forgotten Sith Master That Gave Palpatine His True Power?
Though it was meant to close out the Skywalker saga, Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker left fans scratching their heads, as some questions remained. Viewers witnessed the return of Emperor Sheev Palpatine with very little explanation. Sure, we had a new character say, "Dark science. Cloning. Secrets only the Sith knew." It is very quick dialogue, as the movie does not seem to feel the need to pause and really explain what exactly is going on. We know thanks to Revenge of the Sith that Palpatine's master Darth Plagueis could influence the midi-chlorians to create life, as he was seeking a path to immortality. While the novel that focuses on Plagueis is considered Legends, his relationship with Sidious is still alluded to in the canon novel Tarkin. The Rise of Skywalker does not do a whole lot to connect the dots other than by reusing this iconic Palpatine line from Revenge of the Sith: "The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural."

Katee Sackhoff Thought That Her Bo-Katan Character Would Be Recast For Scarlett Johansson
To convey an animated character into live-action can be a challenging task. First, you need to find an actor or an actress who looks at least a little bit like the figure he or she is going to play without applying a ton of make-up and/or CGI. The voice is another aspect, as it shouldn’t vary too much from the “original,” but you probably still have the chance to use the voice actor who played this character in animated form. And last but not least, there are some facial expressions or body movements that an audience will accept with an animated character, but that look kind of “off” when done in live-action (even if it isn’t a more cartoony character like, let’s say Popeye).

10 Things You Didn't Know About Grand Moff Tarkin
The enforcing Empire was the ultimate fear factor within the original trilogy. Even though Lord Vader was the face of fear and crushed all Imperial officers who failed him, there was one in particular whom he respected, and he even took commands from him. This, of course, was the nefarious Death Star director, Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin. Here are ten thing you may not have known about him:

10 Facts You Didn't Know About Wedge Antilles
Name a famous pilot from the Star Wars universe who doesn’t bear the last name Skywalker or Solo. His name is Wedge Antilles. Boba Fett Spin-Off Could Possibly Feature Some Of Our Favorite Bounty Hunters
When Disney announced they’d be releasing a Star Wars show on Disney+ called The Mandalorian, for many it was not a question of if, but when Boba Fett would somehow get involved. The show certainly did not disappoint, with Temuera Morrison returning to play the armored bounty hunter. He made quite the impression right off the bat, showing the audience exactly why he had such a fearsome reputation in the original trilogy. Without his armor, he was still able to brutally take out several stormtroopers armed only with a gaffi stick, the traditional melee weapon of the Tusken Raiders. Once he gets back in his father’s armor, he truly shows that he’s a living weapon, making short work of the rest of the stormtroopers and shooting down a transport with the rocket in his jetpack.
