'The Bad Batch': Who Exactly Is Omega?
The latest Star Wars show dropped its first episode earlier this week, and the world feels a bit brighter. We first meet the Bad Batch in The Clone Wars animated series. Their name is derived from the fact that they are an experimental batch of clones, Clone Force 99. The Kaminoans experimented on their DNA, which augmented various aspects of their capabilities and appearance.

7 Easter Eggs You Missed From 'The Bad Batch' Premiere
Star Wars: The Bad Batch episode 1 “Aftermath” premiered on Disney+ on May the 4th and it did not disappoint. It was a supersized episode (75 minutes!) of fun, intrigue, and many many Easter eggs and nods to The Clone Wars and other Star Wars canon stories. It brought some amazing animation and started to answer questions regarding the aftermath of the Clone Wars. Not to mention all the Easter Eggs that popped up in just this one episode. Here are a few key ones that you may have missed the first time around.

10 things You Never Knew About Mustafar
Mustafar is one of the most iconic planets in the Star Wars universe. It was the site of one of the greatest and most impactful battles in the saga. It was the location of Darth Vader’s castle, and before that, it was the home of the remaining members of the Separatist leaders. It was also their place of demise, but I digress. There are a ton more interesting facts about Mustafar that most people probably don’t realize.

'The Bad Batch' Cameo That Took Me Out Of The Premiere
Let me preface this by saying that I enjoyed most of The Bad Batch premiere episode "Aftermath." It shows the potential of this series and how the addition of Omega can ground the squad, keeping the series from becoming a monotonous action-fest. However, the beginning had me at the edge of my seat, and not for the reasons one might hope. It took me out of the narrative because the way that it was executed (no pun intended) was bothering me.

So with the arrival of Star Wars Day (May 4th), not only did we get the release of The Bad Batch, but it would appear we also got a little bit of a sneaky update on The Mandalorian season 3 from the main man himself - Dave Filoni.

10 Things You Don't Know About Mark Hamill
Mark Hamill is an absolute class act and one of the nicest celebrities to ever grace the silver screen. He has shown to be extremely grateful to Star Wars fans, never missing an opportunity to surprise them and even fellow celebrity fans. When someone mentions him, though, more often than not, the first thought is Luke Skywalker. Whilst this used to be a hindrance to him in earlier years, as he found it difficult to escape the shadow cast by this character, he has since embraced it, even revisiting the character in the sequel trilogy. Today, though, we are going to look at 10 things you don't know about him.

10 Things You Never Knew About Carrie Fisher
Carrie Fisher, gone too soon on December 27, 2016, is remembered by fans around the world as Princess Leia from the Star Wars saga. She was a role model to many, a damsel who could do her own rescuing from her distress. Outside the galaxy far, far away, in our world, she was an inspiration. She spoke up publicly about mental health, a topic that is deemed as taboo and deserves to be discussed more openly. While not usually known as a comedy actress, she used her unique sense of humor to discuss her own experiences with bipolar disorder and drug addiction. We will always remember her witty banter on screen with Han Solo, calling him a "stuck up, half witted, scruffy-looking, nerfherder!" We will also remember her off screen words that will remain in our heart.

'Star Wars: Darth Vader' Just Revealed A Disturbing Secret About Sith Lightsaber Crystals
Until 2016, it was canon that the Kyber crystals for Sith lightsabers were created artificially, with the dark side user putting the ingredients into an oven and applying his or her will onto them until they were formed and baked into the crystal. This changed with the novel Ahsoka by E. K. Johnston, where the term “bleeding” was first used with regard to lightsaber crystals.

Thoughts and Theories On 'Star Wars: The Bad Batch'
Star Wars and Dave Filoni made their triumphant return to animation with The Bad Batch on Disney+. It premiered on May 4th, and I can't think of a better time to launch a show like this. The show takes us back to everything we loved about Dave Filoni's original The Clone Wars series, but it adds enough new material to tell a new story. Before I go any further into the first episode, I want to clarify that there will be some spoilers for the episode ahead. It may only be the first episode, but there are some moments that might be better experienced with fresh eyes.

'Andor' Set Photos Revealed
The more we get to learn about Disney+’s upcoming Star Wars series Andor, the more excited we get as we wait for the premiere. Not much is known about the series, but we do know that the series itself will begin five years before the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The series will follow Rebel Intelligence member, Cassian Andor, portrayed once again by Diego Luna.

How 'Star Wars' And Marvel Made The Same Exact Mistake With The Same Actress
This may seem to come out of left field, but it is something that is interesting to say the least. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier recently wrapped up on Disney+. Erin Kellyman appears in the show as an antagonist to the heroes named Karli Morgenthau, who is a member of a group called Flag-Smashers. Rewind three years, and Erin Kellyman also makes an appearance in another Disney-owned movie, Solo: A Star Wars Story. In that movie, she plays Enfys Nest, a secondary antagonist to a young Han Solo and the crew he are joined by. The intriguing thing about this is that Kellyman plays almost the exact same character in both stories.

'Star Wars' Suggests Luke Skywalker's Hand Ended Up On Exegol
One of the greatest mysteries within Star Wars is where Luke’s right hand ended up after his duel with Vader in Cloud City. Some of the questions that fans have asked have been answered throughout many books, comics, games, and other forms of expanded content. The whereabouts of Luke’s hand might have been answered in the latest issue of the Greg Pak's Darth Vader comic series, with the arc being titled "Into the Fire." The comic takes place right after Episode V and follows Vader being tested by the Emperor, as he is hunted down by Sith Assassin Ochi of Bestoon. Vader survives every test his master sends him, and this takes him to the ancient world of Exegol, which we first saw in Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker.
