Betrayed by blood
You ever feel like every time you finally see a clear path forward, someone just has to come along and throw a damn roadblock in your way? That’s exactly what’s happening to me right now, and this time, it’s coming from my own so-called family.

FUTURE
F U T U R E The word of the year for me is future. It’s more than just a word—it’s my driving force, my inspiration, and my motivation to work toward the goals I’ve set for myself. The future is the only direction that matters now. After years of struggling under the weight of bad advice, false promises, self-sacrifice, and global crises, I have finally chosen to claim a future for myself. This is the first time in over a decade that I am allowing myself to believe in, build, and fight for my own personal future.

Deny - Defend - Depose. Top Story - January 2025.
I have been thinking about this for a while now, and you know what? I have decided, it is time to be upfront about what is going on. I am not here to play the victim, but to show the consequences of standing by your beliefs and how wrong so many people behave nowadays. It is baffling how some cannot differentiate between a good story and the beliefs of its author. In my opinion, that is just plain stupid.

Starlight
I am home alone tonight, at least for a while. The small town I live in is quiet, wrapped in darkness now that the snow has finally melted and the heavy clouds have drifted south. The sky is clear for the first time in a while, and as I step out onto my little balcony for a smoke, I can see a million stars lighting up the horizon.

New Year, New Project: Back to The Roots
I am not really big in New Year’s resolutions, never have been. Every time I make one, I end up breaking it. But, somehow, I always go back and make another list, year after year, and 2025 is no different. So here we are again, and this time, one of my resolutions is to cut back on alcohol. And by “cut back”, I mean zero. None, Nada, Unless, of course, I am stuck at one of those cannot-escape parties, surrounded by drunken people. In that case, survival mode might call for a drink or two.

The Grey Heron Through My Lens
Today, I want to share a story, nut just about birds but about life, guidance, and the quoet moments that lead to something extraordinary. But first, let me tell you about my encounters with the Grey Heron, a bird that has become more than just a fleeting image in my life; it has become a symbol of direction, renewal, and sometimes, hope when I least expected it.

The Total Eclipse
The Total Eclipse Didn’t they just broadcast it on the radio? I heard it all, loud and clear—but can that really be true? Isn’t it supposed to happen tomorrow? Right when the midday bell rings? I’m not losing my mind, am I? Or maybe I am. Jamie’s right. I’m hopeless, a total idiot. No better than Johnson. Honestly, maybe he was perfect for Downing Street after all. No one’s ever fit that spot better, right? Oh, God, what am I even saying? No one has ever represented us more... accurately.

Last Moments
The sunlight cast a shade of green over the water, the stones underneath the surface glinting like gold nuggets. Fish swam around them and crickets quietly chirped in the nearby reeds. Lewis Haien lay in a small rubber dinghy which glided along the lake, staring at the snow-white clouds wandering slowly across the bright summer sky while his thoughts were once again swept up in his memories on the recent past.
