There are now two days left in the No Regrets challenge and I have bared my soul and let the readers in on numerous cringe-worthy moments in my life. Another one just came to mind so here I am sharing yet again. This embarrassing situation came in 2011 after a faulty water heater began leaking. It took a while for us to figure out what was going on because there was thick carpet on most of the floors in the house. The water must have been leaking onto the floorboards without our knowledge and we assume that it shorted out the ground wire because one day out lights simply went out.

The downside to succeeding on Vocal
I grew up shy and was afraid to speak my mind. As I aged and life happened I turned into a whistleblower of sorts. I enjoy bringing uncomfortable issues to the forefront so they can be pondered and today I have a new one concerning Vocal.media. My mother told me that I liked to rain on people’s parades but she did not understand my views when I wrote for a local newspaper. When I see an injustice I enjoy bringing it to the forefront so it can be tackled.

'General Hospital' May Sweeps: Jason and Brit on the run
General Hospital spoilers have been predicting for months that Sam and Dante will grow closer as well as Jason and Brit. Sonny's son and the daughter of Alexis have not spent much time together lately, but Dr. Westbourne and Jason have. Last week Carly had Shawn Butler stab Jason and he was removed from Pentonville and brought to General Hospital. For whatever reason, there is no one guarding his hospital room and he is supposed to have an irate visitor pay him a call.

Brooke's obsession with Thomas spirals on 'The Bold and the Beautiful'
Those who watch The Bold and the Beautiful are tired of Brooke always bashing Thomas. She knows he had a brain injury, and he has apologized for past indiscretions. Hope and Ridge can see that he is truly making a change but his stepmother still is judging him. Spoilers tease that her obsession will continue as she believes he has an agenda to take Hope away from Liam. When the truth comes out that Bill and Liam covered up Vinny's death even Brooke will have to admit that her stepson is not the only one in town who does bad things.

The day I was the laughing stock in gym class
This particular challenge is bringing back cringe-worthy memories that I had not thought about in decades. Today I am sharing 3 incidents related to PE class where I ended up the goat. The first one was during 4th grade when the class went outside to play kickball. I had never played this game before and if the rules were given to the class I guess I was not paying attention. We were on a field and somehow it was my turn to kick the ball. I kicked at the ball and my foot missed. I felt like Charlie Brown when Lucy pulled the football out from under him.

'General Hospital' brings a new character named Vince Novak to Port Charles
The Novaks are one of the five mob families in Port Charles on General Hospital. On August 2017, Sonny Corinthos called a meeting of the Five Families to announce his retirement and a Mr. Novak played by Larry Guli was in attendance. This was the meeting where Sonny announced that Jason,(Drew) had retired and he would be splitting up his territories between the remaining families. Sonny had decided he was only going to be running his legitimate businesses like Corinthos Coffee.

When life and death imitate art
As I have grown older I realize that a lot of what we consider to be "art" has been imitating real life, only I did not know it. There is much that I thought was made up for television shows and movies, that I now know was based on real life events. I am about to share something that recently took place which I must say is a situation where my life imitated art. I have nothing else to compare it to except what I saw while watching a film. My husband suffered a massive stroke last October and each time he showed signs of recovery it seemed something would set him back. Doctors in 2 hospitals gave up on him many times but he always pulled through.

Chelsea continues to manipulate Rey on 'The Young and the Restless'
Just one kiss is all it took to set things in motion to destroy the life of a once dutiful detective. On The Young and the Restless, Rey Rosales is being driven to the brink of insanity by his jealousy towards Adam Newman. Chelsea is lying to him, pushing his buttons and pulling his strings but on Monday he will go too far and she will tell him to back off. Rey is visiting Chelsea when he gets a call that Adam is nowhere to be found. In desperation, he pushes Ms. Lawson to use her son as bait to get his father out in the open.

General Hospital viewers consider every angle to storylines but in the past could only discuss their theories with family, friends, or coworkers. Now thanks to the Internet those who enjoy the ABC daytime drama can share their ideas on a number of social media forums with hundreds of other fans from around the world. The brainstorming between these GH lovers produces a wealth of insight into the show and many times they are spot on in figuring out what will happen next.

I dream of being a millionaire
I've been writing since age 12 when a classmate and I wrote stories about horses during our 7th grade history class. My friends complimented my poetry and told me I was talented as a teen. One poem was supposed to be published in the school magazine during my 11th grade year, only that publication never got off the ground. I found out at age 18 that my grandmother had been reading my diary so I threw away 3 years worth of my life and did not write for quite a while. In 1999 my pastor was preaching about everyone having a talent and how it should be used so I decided to revisit writing.

‘General Hospital’ fans are waiting for BLQ and Maxie to collide
Many of those who watch General Hospital are frustrated with the pregnancy storylines of Maxie Jones and Brooke Lynn Quartermaine. These viewers have been expressing in social media forms how the plot is now very obvious. BLQ is going to present Maxie’s baby to Valentin as his own because she is faking and does not have a bun in the oven. The question on everyone’s mind is how will all of this unfold? BLQ would have to go into fake labor in secret away from Valentin’s prying eyes. It would need to coincide with Maxie giving birth to her daughter.
