She was talking as usual and then was unconscious
She was fine and was talking to us and suddenly he was unable to talk and then lost her consciousness, she had suffered stoke few years back, and because of that her right side of body was weak, she couldn't walk but could only sit, today in after noon she was talking with her family members and was fine and happy.

On the dying bed, in the same place where he worked once
He was working here in the same ward few years back and have been transferred to another ward of same hospital and was working there un till last month when he was diagnosed with blood cancer, he was an old man, has lost weight and weak, he has 4 children the elder one was around 25, his wife has also died few months ago.

A Man Who was all fine, but he wasn't
A young man, will educated, introduce him self and reported that his brother has suffered brain haemorrhage, but he is all fine, but they have taken him to another hospital and there were no space to accommodate him there, but the doctors there advised that he need hospital admission and strict monitoring and may be surgery as well. On heavy heart we also informed them about the same situation at ours, however we assessed the patient and he was all fine, he was talking and was smiling, however his left side of body was weak although he didn't reported himself but on assessment we got it, but that was mild but this is usual thing with brain haemorrhage patient, that they either develop sudden neurological deficits or some time its delayed. we give the patient initial treatment, and repeated brain imaging, there was huge brain haematoma and has created mass effect, The patient has developed headach at noon and now its was evening, he had episode of loss of consciousness and some weakness in left side of body.Now in evening there was some space available for the patient and we did required surgery but the patient needed ICU care post op however that wasn't available, and now it was mid night, we shifted patient to HDU in ward, he was irritable, his brothers were there with him, all were hopeful about him, there I also saw his young son of 18, with his cousins, so sad, yet so hopeful, would greet us politely every time we passed by him, fortunately on next morning he got ICU bed and was shifted to it, was there for more than a week, in first few days in ICU he was in vegetative state, he was breathing on his own, his heart was fine, but he was comatose, wasn't responding, but after few days he got fine, was opening eyes, and following command, tracheosotomy has been done to him, that's why he couldn't talk but could communicate. He was there in hospital for more than a month, got respiratory infection which is the most common cause of death in such patients however he survived it, and recovered, after a month of care, he was able to breath on his own, he was opening eyes, was following command and could communicate in subtle way with his siblings, now I used to see his young son, all happy about his father, for now he know his father is safe, his brother who was educated man, all serious and polite, was satisfied and was making arrangement to take his brother home.

A Man who would walk in hospital at night
He was a 25 year old nice and innocent boy, with good relation ship with father, He has a good memory and was polite guy, his father was proud of him. But two months before he suddenly developed weak memory, couldn't recognise people, wasn't aware of time and place. He would talk propely, would answer you any thing you asked him about his health but couldn't recognise people properly, couldn't tell you if what's the time is. His memory was also weak now he couldn't recall things that happened an hour ago. While talking to him to assess him, interrogating him was troubling for him, continuous questioning would make him weep, his eyes would well up with tears, sometime the tears would fall down his cheeks and he would begin to wipe them. I would stop again and again to give him time to compose him self, when I used to ask him if he is fine, should I continue my interview, he would give the permission and would assure me that He is fine and he can answer. His father was so worried about him, and would ask me again and again whether he will get fine, can he be like before. Including these symptoms he also have episode of generalised fits that was associate with urinary incontinence, initially he would only urinate unconsciously during episode of fits, but with time he developed unconsciously urinating with out fits, also his frequency of fits was increasing, he also had lost weight.

A labourer, who opened his eyes, and had no idea why is he in hospital
In after noon, a patient presented a Patient was brought to hospital, was sleepy like if unconscious. He was a labourer, has been injured in construction site. He has been hit on head by a falling object, he suddenly fell down and was unconscious for a while, and then he was unaware of the accident, he had no idea of time and place, he was sleeping and one have to awake him with some painful stimulant in order to talk to him. I tucked him and he opened his eyes, I asked him if what had happened to him and he was looking into my eyes, if I'm some alien, what is your name, staring at me, confused like if I have asked him some tough question and that puzzled him, then I asked him, What had happened to you " I don't know" then I asked him, where are you right now, "He said it's X village, he just thought if he is in his own village, then I asked him do you know the man standing by your side, he just told me his name is .....( told me some random name, the name of that person was something else). The accident had been happened early at 11:00 am but he had been treated in local hospital however he wasn't doing good, so was referred and the travel took him long time. On Imaging there was bleed between brain membrane and bone. he needed Emergency surgery.He was brought by his co-worker and the contractor, his father was on his way, however he was prepared, his father came just before the surgery and we took consent for surgery and the patient undergone surgery of 4 hours, there was so much wormth in the operating room, the Air conditions was working fine, and in OR dress its felt so hot, after surgery my whole dress was wet because of sweating, when I was coming out of OR, on the way I meet his father, who was so happy and was praying for us and appreciating us for doing the surgery. It was really good moment to bring satisfaction back on face of a father, who is so worried for his son, who have seen his son all fine and healthy in morning and in evening someone call him and tell him that your son had suffered head injury and now need head surgery. That's really satisfying.

Old man and the little girl: the love
In after noon an old man in his 60s carrying a little girl, the man so was nice and loving, so worried about the little girl yet there was hope on his face, was satisfied if he have reached the place and the little girl is safe now, who was his Grand daughter and has fallen from height, was sleepy and vomiting frequently. The girl needed surgery and the ward had no space left to accomodate her . When the old man came to know this and that he need to visit another hospital, he agreed and accepted that fact but the hope and glow on his face dampened, however we made some space for them and operated on the little girl, the surgery was success, after surgery, the man was so happy and was sitting by the side of his grand daughter, when he was asked that he need to go out of the ward now, he agreed to go out of the ward however he was worried about the little girl, and said, that she like him so much, it's so hard to leave her bed side.
