Behind The Last Window

The outside world was unknown to her, but she could see a glimpse of it through the window in his room. She could see the outlines of mountains in the distance and could see the rushing waters of a far away ocean. There weren’t any animals around and it was oddly quiet without the sounds of any creatures. She could see the ground was dry and cracked, and it almost reminded her of being in a Scorching hot desert. The temperature was rather odd though as Elsie sat there in the freezing cold. She cried out but no one could hear her screams. She was desperate. She had no idea where she was or who had decided to keep her here.
