WTF Are These Foods?
I've become a "foodie" that's interested in exploring new foods. I'm not a "foodie" that's interested in the taste - I'm a "foodie" that likes new foods explain to me by their texture. If I know what my taste buds are to expect texture wise, I have creative ways to seduce the food's flavor.

Growing up, I wasn't a fan of beans—except for pork and beans. I didn't like the taste of black eyed peas. I highly disliked lima beans and good luck with me eating a navy bean. Hell, I use to eat around the kidney beans in my father's chili!

Why Buttermilk Is So Important
My appreciation for buttermilk came with a lesson. One night, I wanted to make crispy chicken tenders. I opened my refrigerator to discover I was out of eggs! Distraught, I had the help of my best friend (Google) to help me find an alternative to complete my crispy chicken dinner meal.
