Mystery in a Box
It was a cool morning, the fog was slowly lifting. As I unloaded my two rambunctious fur babies. You know the kids with fur, because we have either chosen not to have real children or our children have grown up. Yes, left the nest and now we are all alone. So the decision was made to pick up some fur kids. I have to say the are expensive and need a lot of attention and snacks of course. My fur kids are named Sammy the oldest he is seven with red hair. The second one is Duke, in his terrible two's and yes acting out like an unruly teenager. Can't seem to hold it together long enough, just to get through a single minute, what a goof. Duke is a German Shepard so of course he is a handful and Sammy a cross with Vizsla. Vizsla is a hunting breed from Hungary. I have to say, he is good at noticing animals moving in the background but is terrified of bears. So that is where Duke comes in. The macho type, ready to take anything on that comes our way.

Death by chocolate
On my birthday there is nothing better than a slice of cake. It's like magic in your mouth. The creamy texture that coats all your taste buds, bringing complete joy and satisfaction. The texture is so smooth and sticky that it makes it hard to swallow. Who wants to swallow as it's just, that good.

Janet's Missing Locket
With all hype and scare going on, somehow Janet had dropped her treasured locket. It was the most important thing to her. A long time ago someone very special, gave her the locket. She carried it everywhere with her. It was almost like a good luck charm.
