A Letter to Myself
Dear Self, Your impact on people's lives are bigger than you think. Someone still laughs when they think of that funny thing you said. Some still smiles when they think of your beautiful bright smile. Someones day gets brighter off the thought of that compliment you gave them. Someone secretly admires you. The advise you gave made a difference in someones life. The support and love you had offered made someones day. Your opinion made someone think twice. You are not insignificant or forgotten.

The Power of Affirmations
The Power of Speaking Affirmations Really think about it. Why would we ever put limits on ourselves or insult the body we live in? It's because we internalized the voices of others as our won. Anyone we perceived as important, we easily accept their words as true. This is because as a child, our survival depended on this. Failure to live up to what those important people said could result in abandonment and failure to survive. Validation =survival. This thinking doesn't serve us as we get older. This is why when we don't get validation from those we deem "important" in our adult life it literally feels like death. Which leads me to to know that affirmations, when done consciously are reminders of who we truly are and who we authentically come here to be. Affirmations help you undo the lies you accepted as true when you affirm from this perspective, you will feel how quickly you shift your subconscious state of being at a rapid pace.
