My Life lead me
In life everyone goes through challenges, and some become their defining moment, but how can just one be the one? What is it that has happen to make it your defining moment? Some people have moments that make them numb, distant and through that pain and struggle they come out on top, for me it was something like that. March 18th, 2018 became the defining moment in my life, it’s the day I decided I was going to be put first in my life.

The Moon and Her Light
I have always found that a good book was the best way to start my morning. Most mornings I go to this little café down the street. The owner, Lisa, is this nice older Italian lady that always gives me a new book to read and broaden the horizon that I’m on.

Anxiety, its a Big One
In this day and age over 40 million people suffer from anxiety, approximately 18.1 percent of young adults of the ages 18 and over suffer themselves from anxiety. So how come with more than half the population feeling the same, people feel so along. Approximately only 36 percent of people seek out treatment.

Advice from the Moon
The sun looks to the moon for advice On how to handle the long dark nights But when something is just second nature How do you explain it? Well the moon tells the sun “You were not created with the fire in your atoms to be dark Just as I was not created to shine the same light At night Try understanding and except who you are Don’t change the parts that aren’t broken If you can rise as the sun shines light With every touch, every whisper, and every laugh Then when night falls I will lay waiting To pull you in just as the moon does With the ocean tides".
