Screen Time and Health
Screen Time and Health Is screen time really bad for us? According to Dr. Jean Twenge (2017) from San Diego State University in the US, teens from 13 to 18 years old who spend more time on screens were more likely to report depression and lower self-esteem. Moreover, young people who spent more than five hours on a device may have a higher suicide risk and mental health issues in future life, according to Twenge. Another research from the University of Otago by Dr. Louise Foley in 2021 found that her team monitored 250 children aged 6 to 12 years old over four weeks by using wearable devices to track their sleep. Dr. Foley concluded that children sleep better if they stop using screens one hour before bedtime. However, not all researchers explain that using screens significantly harms children’s mental health, as other factors like family life, sleep, and activity also play a role (Przybylski, 2019).

Artificial Intelligence as a Teaching Tool in University Education.
Artificial Intelligence as a Teaching Tool in University Education AI is becoming an essential part of university education around the world. It can provide many benefits such as personalized learning, fast feedback, and administrative support for teachers. However, AI also brings several challenges, including privacy risks, reduced creativity, and over-reliance on technology. In my opinion, AI is more helpful than harmful when used responsibly, because it supports both students and teachers and helps create more inclusive learning environments.

Tahiti, Bora Bora. AI-Generated.
I have visited many islands across the Pacific Ocean, and in my opinion, the most beautiful one is Bora Bora in Tahiti. Bora Bora is famous for its breathtaking lagoon, overwater bungalows, crystal-clear water, and incredible marine life. Compared to other islands in Tahiti, it feels warmer, brighter, and more magical. On the other hand, Bora Bora is also much more expensive because it is such a famous and popular island. Many celebrities choose Bora Bora for their holidays, which makes the destination even more exclusive. As a result, accommodation, food, and restaurants are much more costly than on other islands.
