At The Coffee Shop. Content Warning.
My day started normally. I woke up for the day around 9:30 a.m. and rolled out of bed. I changed from my pajamas and threw on a pair of black leggings with an off-white sweatshirt. I slipped on my tan, fuzzy boots to complete my outfit. I liked to enjoy my free time writing and sipping coffee at my favorite local coffee shop and that's what I planned to do.

Trichotillomania
I was diagnosed with trichotillomania at the age of seventeen. This is a hair pulling disorder, but when I was diagnosed I had only pulled out my eyebrow hairs. That wasn't so hard to manage. I always drew my eyebrows on when I pulled too many or pulled them bald.
