Comic Book Movie Rewind
So I’ve decided to take a time machine back to the beginning of superhero movies in order to see how time has treated them, first up is the original Fantastic Four film with a young, studly Chris Evans, the ever stunning Jessica Alba, the handsome and distinguished Ioan Gruffudd and the charming and charismatic Michael Chiklis. I remember loving this film when it first came out, of course I was 8 at the time and the scattered viewings in between then and now were enjoyable, though not done with an analytical eye. So here I go back to 2005 when Marvel’s first family hit the big screen;

Moonknight Eps. 4-5
So I was a few weeks behind on Moonknight so I thought I’d combine my recap and review for episodes 4 and 5. We see a whole hall of contained Gods which makes me wonder who decides which Gods can and can’t walk free and how that's determined. I feel like in a show that’s centered around gods using people as avatar’s we should have been given more background and insight into how the whole god thing works.

Multiverse of Madness Reviw
Multiverse of Madness was a highly anticipated film for many reasons and so far the reviews have been very divisive, now we all know by now that I am a very opinionated person and I want to be very detailed in this review. This film had some really amazing moments and it was visually stunning, but the best scenes stuck out so much because they were put up against a backdrop of a messy plot, ill timed pacing and a lack of character development.

Moonknight. Top Story - April 2022.
After being very pleasantly surprised by the first episode of Moonknight I was very much looking forward to how they were going to open this story up further. I think that so far they are doing a great job of balancing all of their story elements, here are my in-depth, as I watched thoughts on the second episode of Moonknight.

Moon Knight
The first episode of Moon Knight dropped this week and it has been a much anticipated drop for many. For me, I am excited for the MCU to dive into something a bit deeper as far as mental health goes and I will always be excited for a project including Oscar Isaac.

The Scarlet Witch
With rumors of my lovely Wanda getting a solo movie and even a possible trilogy after the events of Multiverse of Madness there has been some internet discourse of what it could possibly be about. Surely this witch who has appeared in nearly 2000 comic books can’t possibly have enough depth to her to carry her own movies, surely Marvel only writes plot driven stories and can’t fathom a solo story for a character that doesn’t have much to work with in the source material. So here we go with possible storylines for a solo Scarlet Witch movie (some of which will obviously change after the multiverse of madness).

Moon Knight Background
I think it's safe to say just about everyone is hyped for the release of Moon knight, even people who don’t know much about the character ( I mean Oscar Isaac can get just about anyone to do anything), that said I think it’d be good to take a look at the source material as this is a very important character to very many people.

Doctor Who
So my husband and I started re-watching Doctor Who, and as someone who watched it as my comfort show for my depression I’ve never watched it happily before so I thought I’d record my happy analytical thoughts of this timeless masterpiece of a show.

Eternals
So my problems with the Eternals movie are endless, evident by the fact that I’ve now written 4 articles about it but I think my biggest issue with the film is that it's so obvious that the writers have absolutely no idea who these characters are, so let me shed some light…

The Eternals
So here's the deal, the Eternals was terrible. I've said it repeatedly and I'll say it some more, but here's the thing…it didn’t have to be. The Eternals was a lot to tackle all on it's own, with 5 generations it's not only a lot of characters to choose from but it's a lot of personalities and relationships to flesh out which is why first and foremost, the Eternals should have had a miniseries before it became a movie.
