Universal Trip
Our first day in Universal studios is super packed but we will then return to the hotel for a good night's sleep to rise and shine nice and early all over again. The second day is going to be entirely Harry Potter centric so it will be a little more relaxed. I wanted to make sure that we have time to hit up all of the shops and things, and I am bringing my wand so I had to make sure I had time to do some magic as well.

Fast Five
So we took kind of a long break from this series, probably because watching all 10 Fast and Furious movies is actually rather exhausting. Especially since I am a lover of the film medium and these movies are…not good. But we are back at it, halfway through with Fast 5. Now as far as I remember Fast 5 is the first movie that The Rock appears in, and it has a pretty banging soundtrack but other than that I genuinely don’t remember this movie.

Fall Shows to Watch
Now some of us like the spooky season because of the excuse to just watch as many scary things as possible. Now though there is no end to scary movies, there is a bit of a shortage of scary TV shows. That said I have the perfect list for those creepy crawly vibes so many of us crave this time of year.

Fall Films to Watch
As we get ready to enjoy the fall season we’ve got to talk about movies! This particular list will be to discuss the best options for spooky (but not scary) movies. These will give you the coziest fall vibes and definitely make you feel the Halloween season without giving you a jumpscare. Some are kind of creepy and some are more cozy but either way they are fun watches. Most of these are nostalgic because apparently I don’t watch anything that has been released in the last 10 years.

Movies For Fall
Now we are moving on to the scarier aspect of the season. Sometimes we want spooky and sometimes we want scary, so here we go with the scary. There are no shortage of scary movies or horror films in existence but as such it can actually be difficult to find good ones that are truly scary or disturbing. It's also harder to actually scare the audience these days because people know the tropes and anticipate them. These are my personal favorite scary movies that I love to watch year after year.

To Be Read List
So as a former book kid I have lost that attention span as an adult. The ability to devour a book in a single season is beyond gone, but I have been trying to build it back up this year. And I am nearly back to normal, having read about 15 books this year already. And now we are entering prime reading season with the fall and winter coming. I have a lot of books that are already started so really this fall is just going to be about how many books can I finish in two months. So here we go with my current fall to be read list. Most of these are fantasy books but I tried to include some scary and cozy vibes on here as well. I like a well rounded to be read list.

Fall Shows To Watch
As we enter the spooky season, it is the perfect time of year to light that fall scented candle, get yourself a cup of tea and watch something spooky. Now this list is for shows that have fall vibes, or Halloween vibes but aren’t outright scary. This is for the cozy fall kind of people. These are also for the whole family. For both adults and kids alike these shows will make your fall a cozier experience.

To-Read List
As a comic book enthusiast you can imagine that my to- read list for comic books is just about as long as any reader's TBR list (my regular book TBR is pretty long as well). I get comic books from the big two just like everyone else but I also really love getting books off of kickstarter and from independents. So here is my full to-read comic book list.

Baldur's Gate 3
I consume lots of different kinds of media; books, comic books, movies, tv but one thing that I could never get into was video games. I generally prefer my media to be slightly less interactive. I get bored easily and to be totally honest I don’t have a very large attention span so having to go through an entire story with objectives is just too much. My poor husband has been trying to get me to play games with him for about 2 years now and he has finally succeeded. The game that broke the seal on getting me to play video games is Baldur’s Gate 3.

Best TV Shows of All Time
Okay now that we’ve gone through my list of greatest movies of all time, I think we should also go through my list of greatest TV shows of all time. Now this list is a lot shorter because I think most shows start off really good and then get weird when they are on too long due to network standards. That said everything on this list is solid all the way through its run. For some bonus shows I will be including things that are just extremely rewatchable even though the quality might not be the best.

Greatest Movies of All Time
I watch a lot of movies and do a lot of movie analysis so I obviously have a lot of opinions. As I am incapable of keeping those opinions to myself here is an irrefutable list of the greatest movies of all time. These are in no particular order as in my head they are all equal. These are all films that I have rewatched 20+ times and hold very close to my heart, but they are also all films that are cohesive and well executed in; Acting, writing, directing, pacing, and overall aesthetic.

Vampire Academy
So the Vampire Academy series on Peacock was canceled. After just a single season, this series was canceled. Now this is not an unusual action for streaming services. They love to create shows that people love, that are genuinely good and cancel them after a single season. Normally this is done in order to avoid paying writers bonuses but there seems to be a particular cancellation bias toward female led shows.
