I am proud to be a member of a new workers co-operative that was established this year (2017) in the UK. We offer transcription services for research interviews to academics and students, amongst other clients.

Vegan Labneh, Spinach & Za'atar Lahmacuns
Lahmacuns are delicious little Turkish Pizzas, which are traditionally made with spiced lamb. However, I have adapted the recipe to make it vegan, using spinach, vegan feta, homemade vegan labneh and za’atar.
