Ramble On
April 21, 2023 Listening to Robert Palmer's "Heavy Nova", and it is quite true, that she does make my day. I'm working tonight, and my non-girlfriend will be there. It makes the shift that much sweeter when the girl(s) you adore are there. The ways of the world have far too much at stake--and its mechanics move to fast to adapt and balance.

Seven CDs: A Progressive Review
APRIL 13, 2023 CLUB MTV PARTY TO GO, VOLUME ONE - Various Artists Interesting find, surely. I was drawn by Information Society and Tommy Boy records (due to their association to I.S.), being familiar with not only "Think" but their eponymous debut and a few other songs. "Turn This Mutha Out" and "Personal Jesus" were the two other recognizable tracks for me. It was cool to recognize a few other tracks, including "The Humpty Dance", which called to mind the scene in Nothing But Trouble. I was cleaning and then snuggling with our kitten, so I mostly just listened in the background. \m/, B']

Monday Morning!
HELLO EVERYONE!! It's time to get this week off and bumping. Going to pop into my to-do list document and touch things up a bit. Have a few books to sign and ship. Need to get jeans for my first day training as a server tomorrow. Need soap, shampoo--the usual commode-ities (by close association, of course). And its 50 degrees outside, so we'll just see how the bike ride fares.
