You've come here, out of the flames that is your life's work, and you demand my attention. You grab my scared wrist, and scream into my face, spitting hot coals into the back of my throat, leaving my hands blackened and shaking, as the tears rolls down my face, my body's last attempts to extinguish the presence of you, the water droplets singe, evaporating from my skin.
