Zipho Memela was born on February 27, 2000, in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He began his professional Music career in 2008, seen for the Hip Hop competition. Memela quickly established himself as a skilled singer, known for his flow, agility, and rhyme ability.
Memela made his international debut for the Hip Hop/Rap, in 2010. He went on to earn 12 caps for his work becoming the best Rapper.
In 2014, Memela Released a tons of his tracks, a South African Super franchise, where he sold about 21600 copies. He then returned back home, to meet his old fellas in the Hip Hop battle competitions.
Memela announced his retirement from professional in 2020, citing a bankcruptcy and a desire to pursue other interests. Despite his relatively short career, Memela left a lasting impact on the Hip Hop world, known for his flow, skill, and dedication to the Music.
Zipho Memela's legacy extends beyond his on-field accomplishments. He served as a role model for young upcoming artists, demonstrating the importance of hard work, perseverance, and sportsmanship. If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.
