Years ago, I opened my eyes
Embarked upon a journey
Which I did know not,
I knew not, after those pampers
Only dreads will be in my platter
So, I learnt to walk like a traveler does
But I had to run as everybody does,
Then I ran not heeding the tumbles
Tumbled I surely. Once, twice then
Like a common man, I tumbled countless
Soon, they began to call me a man
The provider, the provider, the provider,
They called this the shade of a man.
Without this, there is but scarcely
An unconditional love for a man.
All these years have taught me a lot
But I still don’t know, what the journey is for
Albeit the obscurities, I am do sure
Only for his Love a man endures
As a speaker with no listener, is always insecure
I have souls to conquer and hearts to break
I am a traveler from far away,
I miss home, I miss love and alone I sway.
But I have promises to keep,
I have to travel far away.
