The One Lover Who Hopes to Marry

(An Emotional English Story)

One: The First Meeting

Love is a dream that lives inside every heart. Some people find love quickly, while others wait for years. This is the story of Arman, a young man who loved one girl with all his heart and carried only one hope — the hope to marry her.

---

Part One: The First Meeting

Arman was a simple boy who lived in a small town. He was quiet, kind, and always ready to help people. He worked in a small bookstore, where he arranged books and spoke politely to customers.

One day, a girl came into the shop. Her name was Sana. She was not only beautiful but also gentle and soft-spoken. She asked Arman for a book of poems. Arman showed her a book written by a famous poet and gave it to her with a smile.

That small smile became the beginning of something big.

After that day, Sana visited the bookstore many times. Sometimes she came to buy a book, and sometimes she only came to talk. Arman began to wait for her every afternoon. Whenever she entered, his heart beat fast, and he forgot everything else.

---

Part Two: Silent Feelings

Arman was shy. He never said what he truly felt. But in his heart, he carried a strong feeling — love. He would think about Sana all the time: when he arranged books, when he walked home, even when he closed his eyes at night.

He wrote poems about her in a small notebook. The words were simple:

“Her smile is my sunshine,
Her voice is my song,
If she is with me,
Nothing can be wrong.”

But he never showed these poems to anyone. They were his secret.

Sana also liked to talk with Arman. She told him about her
studies, her dreams, and her family. She laughed when he told a small joke. She trusted him because he was always kind and respectful.

Arman felt this was love. But he was afraid. He was not rich, not handsome, not powerful. He was just a simple boy with a small job. Would Sana ever accept him?

---

Part Three: The Growing Bond

One rainy evening, Sana came to the bookstore completely wet. Arman quickly gave her his umbrella and told her to wait until the rain stopped. She smiled and said, “You always care for people. You are a good man, Arman.”

Those words touched his heart deeply. For the first time, he felt hope.

From then, they spent more time together. They walked in the park, read books in the library, and shared tea in a small café. People in town began to notice them. Some even teased Arman, saying, “When will you marry her?”

But Arman only smiled. Inside, he carried the dream, but he had not spoken it yet.

---

Part Four: The Fear of Losing

One day, Sana told him something that broke his heart.

“Arman,” she said softly, “My parents are looking for a good proposal for me. They want me to marry soon.”

Arman felt the ground shake under his feet. He wanted to cry, but he stayed calm. He asked, “And what do you want?”

Sana looked away and said, “I don’t know. I want to follow my parents, but…” Her voice became silent.

That night, Arman could not sleep. His poems became full of pain:

“If she goes away,
What will I do?
My heart beats only
Because of you.”

He knew he must do something. He could not lose her without trying.

---

Part Five: The Brave Confession

The next morning, Arman decided to speak. He met Sana in the park where they often sat together. His hands were shaking, but his voice was clear.

“Sana,” he said, “I want to tell you something. From the first day I saw you, I felt you are special. I cannot imagine my life without you. I am not rich, I am not great, but I have a heart that loves you only. I hope… one day… to marry you.”

Sana looked at him with wide eyes. For a moment, there was silence. Then her eyes filled with tears.

“Arman,” she whispered, “I was waiting for you to say this. I also care for you. I don’t want anyone else. But I am afraid of what my parents will say.”

Arman held her hand gently. “We will face it together,” he promised.

---

Part Six: The Test of Love

When Sana told her parents about Arman, they were surprised. Her father said, “He is only a bookstore boy. He cannot give you a big house or a rich life.”

Sana replied, “But he gives me respect, love, and peace. Is that not enough?”

For weeks, the family argued. Some relatives supported her, others refused. Arman waited patiently, never losing hope. He visited her father and spoke honestly:

“Sir, I may not be rich, but I will always protect your daughter. I will work hard and make her happy. Please give me a chance.”

His sincerity touched Sana’s father. After many discussions, finally, the family agreed.

---

Part Seven: The Dream Comes True

Months later, on a beautiful spring morning, Arman and Sana married in a small ceremony. There were no golden lights, no expensive decorations — only flowers, friends, family, and the glow of true love.

When Arman saw Sana in her wedding dress, he felt his dream had come true. She was not just a girl from the bookstore anymore. She was his partner, his life, his forever.

As they stood together, Arman whispered, “Thank you for choosing me.”
Sana smiled and said, “No, thank you for never giving up on us.”

---

Part Eight: The Message of the Story

Love is not about wealth or beauty. Love is about trust, respect, and never losing hope. Arman was only “one lover who hoped to marry,” but his hope gave him the courage to speak, fight, and win his love.

Their story teaches us:

Say what you feel before it is too late.

True love needs patience and respect.

Even simple people can write the most beautiful love stories.

And so, the boy from the bookstore and the girl with the poems lived happily, proving that hope can lead to happiness
