The Island Inside a Carrot

Sami was a little boy who hated eating carrots. Every time his mom gave him some, he frowned and said, “Carrots are boring. They taste weird!”

One night, as he was sleeping, he had a strange dream. He shrank down until he was tiny—so tiny that he found himself inside a giant carrot!

There, he discovered a whole orange city filled with friendly rabbits wearing glasses and reading books. They welcomed him happily and gave him a tour: rivers of sweet carrot juice, crunchy carrot mountains, and gardens full of carrot flowers.

One rabbit said, “This city is called Vitamina. We protect good eyesight and give humans energy and health… but most people don’t like us!”

Sami felt embarrassed and replied, “I’m sorry… I didn’t know carrots were so magical.”

The rabbit chuckled, “It’s okay. What matters is—you know now!”

Sami woke up the next morning and ran to the kitchen shouting, “Mom! Where are the carrots? I want to eat them all!”
