One thing is sure: he wants to change something within or something which is not in his reach. I am also not exactly sure as a narrator, but we can dive together to read his character. While reading, we can't understand; only we can do is to go through dictation. Isn't it actually confusing? And what is the motive for someone to read something like this stupid story? And a moron like me who is narrating the story without even knowing anything. Okay, okay... I've said this thing twice, but isn't it common sense for some to know the story before reading it so they can fact-check it or understand it even better? And what is motivating me to write this story? I think stupid stories like this need no motive behind or anything; it only needs self-stupid idea and free time because the story I will tell you from now on is not the story of any fictional character or any hero from real life and any type of biography and, of course, not any noble inspiration content I will express to you.
