-harming self as a reaction/response to implied threats whether intentional or not because of anyone/everyone's lack of awareness/understanding/care/etc
-constantly not running towards (positively) anything/place/goals/etc because constantly running from abuse/threats
-when there's no task or stimuli to focus, that's the closest can get to emotional health
