A married couple was walking past some stores. The wife saw the luxury dinner set and hinted that she wanted to buy it. The husband thought it was too expensive and didn’t want to spend the money. The salesperson took a glance and whispered something to the husband. After hearing it, he did not hesitate anymore and immediately bought the set.
Why did the husband change his mind so quickly?
Because the salesperson said: “ This dinner set is so valuable that your wife will not have the heart to let you wash it”
And the lesson: It’s hard to change a customer’s opinion. But it is important to seize the right moment to shift their mindset
