Emotions are colors that brighten our day,
They help us express what we want to say.
Red is for anger, it feels so hot,
But taking deep breaths can help you a lot.
Yellow is happy, like sunshine so bright,
It fills up your heart with warmth and light.
Blue is for sadness, like raindrops that fall,
But hugs and kind words can help most of all.
Green is for calm, like a soft meadow breeze,
It whispers, "Relax," and puts you at ease.
Purple is love, a big, cozy hug,
It wraps you up tight like a soft, fluffy rug.
Emotions are colors, they come and they go,
They’re part of what makes you unique, you know.
So feel every feeling, don’t push them away,
They’re the rainbow inside you, lighting your way!
