
Chili Potato Recipes

Main Ingredients
3 cups half-boiled potato wedges
Oil, for frying
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon oil
2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/4 cup chopped green onion whites and
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt, as per taste
to decorate

Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add potato wedges a little at a time, fry them until light brown on each side, take out and keep aside on a tissue paper.
Mix cornflour and 1/4 cup water in a bowl and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute for a few seconds on high heat.
After that add white and green part of green onion, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, cornflour mixture and salt and cook on high heat for few seconds.
After that add the fried potato strips, mix well and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
Garnish with green and white parts of green onions and serve immediately.
