Bunt Chilli Garlic Rice

Ingredients

2 cups boiled basmati rice, cooked

50 grams finely chopped fenugreek

1 carrot, chopped

2 capsicums, chopped

2 onion slices

1 cup finely chopped cauliflower

1 cup boiled corn kernels

1 cup finely chopped green onion

20 cloves dried garlic, chopped

1 large piece finely chopped ginger

4 green chillies, chopped

10 mint leaves, chopped

1/2 cup green garlic

1/2 green coriander

3 tablespoons Kashmiri red chillies

2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

1 tablespoon green chili sauce

2 tablespoons red chili sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Cooking Instructions

First, chop all the vegetables. Cook the rice and prepare it. Now take 8 to 10 cloves of dried garlic, add Kashmiri red chili and 4 tablespoons of water to it and make a very fine paste in the mixer.

Now let 2 tablespoons of ghee heat in a pan, then add finely chopped garlic and whole red chilies to it and fry it, then add grated ginger, green chilies to it, after 1 minute add onion to it and fry it until it turns pink, then add other vegetables and mix and add the prepared garlic and red chili paste.

Now after mixing it well, add all the sauces, vinegar and the remaining spices to it and let it cook for 2 minutes, then add green garlic and rice, mix and cover it and let it cook on low heat for some time.

Now add green onions, mix and serve the rice.
