Imagine everyone in the company quietly sketching, drawing, or sculpting a universe that only makes sense to them. No trust falls, no icebreakers—just unadulterated, unadulterated invention.

Furthermore, nobody will judge if someone draws a suspiciously muscular unicorn with sunglasses. You might even receive a high five or two. Through art, neuro divergent artists in group therapy can connect, "speaking" to one another through hues, forms, and laughter over each other's creations.
