1. Hydrate Like Your Life Depends on It (Because It Does!)

You’ve heard it a million times, but are you truly drinking enough water?

Hydration is the unsung hero of glowing skin, healthy digestion, and boosted energy levels. Start your day with a big glass of water. Set reminders if you must. Add lemon, mint, or cucumber if plain water bores you. You’ll be surprised how your skin starts thanking you within a week.
