What Products Is Apple Going to Launch This Year? Here's Everything We Know So Far
A complete look at Apple’s upcoming 2025 product launches from iPhones to AI powered accessories.

Apple's product for the rest of 2025 appears to be exceptionally ambitious, with several launches to reshape its ecosystem this year. Perhaps the most awaited is the launching of the iPhone 17 series, which industry insiders suggest that the launch will take place in early September 2025. Apple is likely to launch between September 8 and 10, following its established tradition of announcing new iPhones.
The Upcoming iPhone 17 Series
Beyond the timing, the rumored redesign is eye-catching. Apple may reserve its titanium frame for the newly introduced iPhone 17 Air, while the Pro models appear to change back to aluminum chassis, which is a reversal of previous trends. The entire lineup is expected to include the standard iPhone 17, the thin "Air" model, iPhone 17 Pro, and Pro Max. All variants are reported to run on Apple’s new A19 chipset, with further performance improvements for the Pro models via vapor chamber cooling technology, designed to handle tasks like 8K video capture and extended gaming.
The camera upgrades are also central. The Pro and Pro Max editions are estimated to have a 48 MP rear camera and a 24 MP front camera, with triple lens rear setups and advanced photography with low light. The Pro Max version may additionally support 8K video recording and a 4,800 mAh battery with USB C charging up to 35W. The iPhone 17 Pro is expected to be around $1,099, while the Pro Max could reach $1,199, consistent with past flagship pricing tiers.
A Power-Packed iPad Pro with the M5 Chip
In the tablet area, Apple is estimated to update its iPad Pro with a significant upgrade this fall. The most sufficient change will be the integration of the new M5 chip, with increased CPU, GPU, and Neural Engine performance. Apple will introduce a dual front camera system, one camera for portrait orientation adjustment and another for landscape use. This is intended to improve facetime usability, selfies, and possibly Face ID unlocking in any orientation.
Apple Watch Series 11 and More Wearables
Reports suggest Apple will unveil Apple Watch Series 11, Watch Ultra 3, and Watch SE 3 in September with the iPhone line. The Series 11 is expected to feature a more energy efficient micro LED or LTPO display, a built-in sensor suite that is capable of measuring blood pressure and blood glucose, and the new S12 chip powering watchOS 12 with Apple Intelligence integration. The Ultra 3 and SE 3 are set for modest hardware upgrades i.e. 5G antennae improvements, extended health tracking, and possible ECG functions on the SE variant.

AirTag 2: Smarter and Safer
Another product to reach the market by mid 2025 is the AirTag 2. Built around a second generation ultra wideband chip, and is expected to offer up to three times the tracking range of its predecessor, which reaches a distances of around 200 feet (60 meters). In addition, the AirTag 2 may include a tamper proof speaker to reduce stalking risks and improved Vision Pro integration. Despite these enhancements, the accessory is rumored to maintain its current pricing of around 29$ and standard form factor.
Smarter Living: Apple TV and HomePod mini Refreshes
In the smart home and streaming space, Apple reportedly plans to refresh both its Apple TV and HomePod mini models later in 2025. The new Apple TV is expected to hit the market between October and December, priced below 100$, and equipped with an upgraded A18 or A19 chip. Further it may include a built-in camera for FaceTime support and gesture based controls which is inspired by Vision Pro model. Meanwhile, the HomePod mini is estimated to feature Apple’s new in-house “Proxima” chip with improved Wi Fi/Bluetooth hardware and new color options.
MacBooks and Desktops: M5 and Beyond
In addition to these consumer devices, Apple is expected to launch its new Mac hardware lineup. According to several leaked reports, the company is preparing to update its MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro families with new M5 and M6 Ultra chips. Especially the M5 iMac, can launch by the end of 2025, while a new Mac Pro which is powered by the high performance M5 Ultra is rumored to follow shortly after. The purpose of these updates is to maintain Apple’s competitive edge in performance computing, especially among developers, creative professionals, and advanced business users.

Foldable iPhone Is Still in the Works
Looking further ahead, Apple continues long term work on a foldable iPhone, which is unlikely to arrive before 2026 or even 2027. Prototypes reportedly include both clamshell and book-style form factors with display sizes ranging from 7.3 to over 12 inches. Expected features include ultra-thin hinges, under screen cameras, Apple Pencil support, and possibly a titanium based chassis for durability. The device may launch with iPhone 18, with expected pricing between 1,800$ and 2,500$, although analysts caution that delays remain possible due to development challenges.
What This Means for Apple Fans
The company appears to be ready to deliver extensive upgrades in its product lines, from sleek design changes and camera improvements to powerful new chips and AI features. Notably, the iPhone 17 series will anchor both design innovation and performance with A19 processors and new cooling systems. At the same time, the iPad Pro’s M5 chip and dual selfie camera stand to reinvigorate Apple’s tablet strategy. Wearables, tracking accessories, and smart home devices are also ready to join the lineup, with AirTag 2, HomePod mini, and Apple TV delivering smarter and safer experiences. These releases reflect a broader Apple ecosystem evolution embracing AI-first software, expanding hardware form factors, and deepening its presence in smart home automation.
