Week Three of Write A Story Every Day in 2024
What week are we on again?
Week 3. 21 stories written. That's a lot of words and a lot of ideas.
I'm sticking at it although I'm feeling less inspired to write microfiction and looking longingly at my old friends, the poem and the extended short story. I'm looking for prompts where I wasn't so fussed before. Unsplash is my saviour but there are many prompts out there to seek and I am still finding myself triggered by incidences at times into writing.
I am determined to succeed at this and that is my driver.

So. Here are the links to Week One and Week Two:

And now, here are the links to Week Three's offerings:
I am really pleased with all the stories I've written although some came more easily than others.
People still doing it of which I am sure?
Thanks for stopping by! If you do read any of my offerings, please do drop a comment as I do love to interact with my readers.

It may seem challenging & sometimes uninspiring, but you're doing a great job with this Rachel.
So glad you're able to get inspired by pictures! Speaking of prompts, have you seen Sirena's list of prompts for this story a day challenge? If not, I'll leave the link in the comment below!
I am still reading your daily's and enjoying them so much. I had a computer glitch and then a story that kept getting sent back...got me out of the rhythm, but I'm still writing. So proud of you , L.C., D.J., and Gerard, too. I think reading the daily's help me as much as writing.
I have to admit, fellow story-a-day'er, that 360 words are quite the constraint. So far, though, I've cranked 'em out. I doubt I'll be able to keep it up for 365--nay! 366 days... I worry that I have a life, ha ha. Stay tuned!
When I saw L.C. Schäfer's challenge for writing micro-fiction daily my reaction was swift. 'No thanks.' But I'm glad you have taken it on. Who knows what goodies and wisdom await as you push yourself?
