Where Is It?

Introduction

I am still unable to post on my main account. I have been unable to post since Saturday. I left it for a day, expecting the situation to resolve itself, so I raised a ticket and got this automated response.

Then What?

I heard nothing, so I posted on Discord. As usual, there (for me), there was no response:

The main image says I can share my stories, but even though I pay my ten dollars a month, I cannot share any stories on my main account, and cannot enter any challenges or use Quickedit.

A good friend, Annie, emailed Vocal on my behalf, but has received no response either.

Vocal can still send out "What's Happening Of Vocal" emails and award Top Stories, but is again ignoring site issues.

Conclusion

This is not acceptable customer service, and I may as well stop paying my subscription. I doubt Vocal will recompense me for the lost reads and income this has caused.

If, once again, like the last time, I can get this on the Leaderboard, maybe they will see it, but I don't like asking other creators for help when Vocal could probably fix this in ten minutes.

I know what the technical problem is, but the main issue here is Vocal ignoring issues.

Again.

Addendum

This is a poem I wrote for the "Roots And Branches" Challenge, but I can't enter it unless I make this account a paid subscription. I don't think I should be paying for two subscriptions though.

    I'm properly irate about this. I noticed a few days ago that you hadn't posted in several days and I was seriously worried about you. I thought for sure something terrible had happened. Not that this isn't terrible, but at least you are physically okay. I saw you had commented on one of Paul's stories and I was so relieved to learn you are okay and have this second profile. I hope they get your main account working soon.

    I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this, it must be incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re still creating and wanting to share your work. I really hope your main account gets sorted soon.

  • I'm guessing those emails are scheduled but that's not an excuse for them to ignore you. This is really getting out of hand. Where is Justin when we need him??

    It’s very odd that I haven’t received anything back. Normally by now, they have said something but it’s just radio silence. I’ve got no idea what’s happening 🥺
