Introduction

Human rights, often hailed as the bedrock of modern-day civilization, have long been upheld as a beacon of desire for a truthful and just society. However, below the surface of this noble perfect lies a stark fact: the idea of human rights, as we are aware of it, is flawed and has been manipulated to serve political, monetary, and ideological agendas. This article seeks to shed light at the insidious ways wherein the notion of human rights has been used to conceal systemic inequalities, perpetuate strength imbalances, and keep the popularity quo.

Selective Application of Human Rights

One of the most obvious hypocrisies surrounding human rights is the selective application of these standards. While powerful nations tout their commitment to upholding human rights, they often flip a blind eye to violations inside their personal borders or inside allied countries. This double general allows for the exploitation of weaker states and undermines the credibility of the whole human rights framework.

Economic Inequality and Human Rights

The global economic machine is rife with disparities that directly contradict the standards of human rights. While the rich minority amass impossible fortunes, billions around the sector struggle to get admission to fundamental requirements which include food, clean water, and healthcare. The life of severe poverty in a global of masses is a testament to the failure of human rights to address systemic economic inequalities.

Political Manipulation and Human Rights

Governments and institutions often use the language of human rights to legitimize their actions, even if those moves without delay infringe upon the very rights they claim to protect. This Orwellian manipulation of language permits the suppression of dissent, the curtailing of civil liberties, and the justification of rules that disproportionately affect marginalized groups.

Cultural Relativism and Human Rights

Cultural relativism has been wielded as a weapon to justify practices that infringe upon the consideration and rights of people, in particular within marginalized communities. While cultural diversity is to be celebrated, it should not function as a guard for oppressive practices along with gender-based violence, discrimination, or denial of education.

The Illusion of Progress

The narrative of progress inside the realm of human rights frequently obscures the persistent demanding situations that continue to plague societies internationally. Despite improvements in certain areas, systemic problems inclusive of racism, xenophobia, and discrimination persist, reminding us that the conflict for authentic human rights is a long way from over. We will cite a real case as an example

Does the Palestinian person have the right to defend himself?

Yes, like everyone that's what they call it! The Palestinian person has the right, like any other person, to defend himself. This right is recognized under international law, including the United Nations Charter, which upholds the inherent right to self-defense against armed attack.

but!! It is important to know that the situation in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is said by human rights organizations to be very complex and that the issue of self-defense can be controversial. The conflict involves historical, political, and regional disputes, while it is clear that Israel was established less than 75 years ago. Therefore, you must realize and know what was before Israel, what was the state called, and who lived in it? Human rights organizations also say that the use of force by any party must be subject to scrutiny in accordance with international humanitarian law, while they do not do so in reality, and this is what we are seeing now, very unfortunately.

In any situation, it is important to emphasize the importance of seeking peaceful and diplomatic solutions to conflicts whenever possible and to respect the rights and dignity of all individuals involved. This is what human rights organizations should actually do and what they should not do as well.

So human rights are not only the biggest lie in history! it is the most despicable lie that will pass over the entire weak world and they will soon be terrified by it.
