Falling In Love With A Sociopath
Ever since I was a little girl, books were my safe place. I’d dive into stories like Junie B Jones, Are you there God? It's me. Margaret, even a few of the goosebump collection. I dont know why I loved reading but I did. Maybe as an escape. Maybe because all the elders around me kept giving me books. They loved to see me read. I began journaling as a young girl as well. It was my release, sharing my truth with the pages of my diary. I even wrote a poem in elementary school that ended up getting published called "The Sun".
