Love U First

Before anyone tells you I love you. I love you that you are reading this and understanding that you have to love yourself first before anyone and I mean anyone that makes you love them and uses all your energy just to make them feel better. If only you love you and get what you get , then you will see what I mean,

Here's what I think so you can love you:

1. Look at you and what you're doing - I think when we first see and recongize it by writing it down when we do it and before we do it and look in the mirror and take pictures and capture the moments we can see what it is and will be know of why we are looking outside and within.

2. Don't give people your enegry yet- Beofore you give it to the internet , a poem, a nigga , a man or whoever or whatever... give it to yourself ,but most importantly if it to your Lord , The Most High. I believe that as I'm telling you because I'm learning it each day. I say this because I am not perfect and I am doing my best to remind myself and writing this to you and to me that we all will get it. I feel like if we look between of that is distrcting us and what has left us out of the realm that Allah presented to us and has placed on us when He wakes us up then we will get why we were looking inside of us.

3. Remind yourself you are loved - Write down why you are loved and list them. I say put it in a small journal or that same journal you do your moring pages in and just give it to yourself to remind yourself that you are loved. Give that postitive energy to yourself first before that dude ( please do !!! I'm warning you !!)

4. Wash yo ass !!- Please do that. Do that for me. Wash that stuff off and I know you're depressed reading this and you feel like you cannot get out that bed ,but try please and clean around yourself and wash yourself again after you clean all that stuff up love. Take piece by piece if you have to for each room ,but please do it babe.

5. You aren't alone - Know that it ain't easy ,but love you and know you aren't alone. People out here the same way . I mean if you have to have a listening ear to hear it off a bus and write it down about what you heard that day and it becomes poems ( trust me I know... ), then do it. Just do it.

I feel many of ya'll are doing great as it is because you're just reading this now. I'm sorry if I use the N-word etc. This is the way I talk and express my feelings on pages because I love ya'lleven thought I do not know who you are . I honestly want you to know that you are loved and to love yourself before that person , my love. Just make your day and keep your head high too. Fuck all that shit thinking you suppose to bow to them lames ass hoes too. I mean them bullies etc. I say fuck them hoes . So respectfully do these things and I think you will find the starting point to love you and if you gotta read books too and look at things to get to love you, then do that. Just keep a reminder love you please. Thank you.
