Legendary AR Rahman composed the film's entire music and background score. The movie was a box office success and is now going to make its much-awaited digital streaming debut very soon.

Kadhalikka Neramillai is a coming-of-age story between individuals who are passionate, career-oriented and grapple for true love. While Shriya (Nithya Menen) wants to become a mother after ending her abusive relationship, Sid, on the other hand finds it difficult to continue his relationship with Nirupama. As fate would have it, Shriya and Sid meet but as rivals. Unbeknownst to them, Shriya gets impregnated using Sid's sperm.
