Even when it doesn't always feel like it.

Every day you feel a certain way.

Some days, you feel okay.

And some days, you don't feel okay.

Sometimes, it's not easy to explain how you feel.

That can be outspoken.

Or to process how you feel.

That stays unspoken.

It's going to be okay.

No matter what happens.

Whether the situation is small or big.

You are here.

Living your life and growing.

Experiencing the ups and downs.

Having good days and bad days.

Through every moment that counts.

The small moments.

That means so much to you.

The big moments.

That brings back so many memories.

The dark moments.

That teaches you life lessons.

And the bright moments.

That keeps you smiling.

You can find what makes life meaningful.

And you are going through different kinds of emotions.

There are times when you are feeling joyful.

And when you are feeling sorrowful.

There are also times when things happen beautifully.

And when things happen painfully.

No matter how you feel.

It's okay to feel how you feel.

Just know that you are loved, accepted, appreciated, and respected.

Even when you sometimes feel lost, rejected, redirected, and misunderstood.

But you are still here.

Making it through the day.

Trying to live each day as it comes.

Enjoying or enduring what's happening around you.

Learning to be thankful along the way.

And gaining the strength.

That you never knew you had.

You have gotten stronger than before.

And you have come a long way.

With what you have.

No matter what your situation is.

Or whatever you are going through.

It's going to be okay.

You may not be fully aware of the things around you.

Not everything will stay the same.

But everything happens for a reason at the right time.

You may not fully understand what's going to happen.

Not everything will stay unclear.

But remember to appreciate what you already have.

You may not know the people who truly ever valued you.

Not everyone will stay by your side forever.

But you're doing the best you can.

While staying true to yourself.

You have faults and weaknesses.

But you also have beliefs and strengths.

Sometimes, it's okay to not feel OK.

And what doesn't seem to work out, worked out.

It's going to be okay.

You can still be yourself.

Go where the love is.

Go someplace where it calms your mind.

Or fades your worries.

Surround yourself with people who comfort you.

Or uplifts your energy.

There's always a reason to keep going and have hope.

You are here.

Going on adventures.

Stepping out of your comfort zone.

And making space for more love, time, learning, memories, gifts, and blessings.

That you never knew you needed.

Let life lead you naturally.

Along with its perfect timing for you.

Life has so much more in store for you.

Life has so much to offer to you.

Life has so much to teach you.

And life has so much more to show you.

Everything that is meant for you.

So don't be afraid and don't worry.

It's going to be okay.

When you face and deal with difficulties.

Or when you are enduring adversity.

Even when you make mistakes, fail, stumble, fall, or lose your way.

Because it shapes your character.

Sometimes, it's okay not to know everything.

And that's the beauty of life.

Life unfolds and reveals.

New lessons, perspectives, and understandings.

Always take care of yourself.

Improve your mood and your health.

Take time to be yourself again.

No matter how you feel.

And no matter how long it takes.

It's going to be okay.

Even when it doesn't always feel like it.

You've been okay before.

And you'll be okay again.
