3. Try a Prompt

What part of me is still holding pain?

What experience changed the way I see the world?

What message did my soul try to give me that I’ve been afraid to hear?

What do I wish others understood about what I’ve been through?

4. Write With the Intention to Heal, Not Perform

You're not here to impress anyone. Write with purpose and intention to heal yourself, not looking for validation.
