Microgreens are tiny, young vegetable plants that you can easily grow at home. They grow quickly and are very healthy to eat.
Follow these simple steps to grow microgreens:
- Choose seeds: You can use seeds like mustard, radish, or broccoli.
- Prepare a tray or small container with some soil or growing mat.
- Spread the seeds evenly on top of the soil.
- Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil or growing medium.
- Water gently to keep the soil moist but not too wet.
- Keep the tray in a warm place, and after a couple of days, put it near sunlight for 3-4 hours daily.
- Water the seeds lightly twice a day.
- In about 7-14 days, your microgreens will be ready to harvest when they are 2-3 inches tall.
