What do you want from me?
A question asked when everything you gave is not enough
When the ghost that has drove you mad does not leave you alone,
When they constantly drag you down but does not want to separate
A question Cain should have asked God rather than kill Abel,
A question God should have asked Nimrod rather than cast him out
A question which can only be answered with silence,
Which pleads for the other to stare at their insides
What do I need from them if they are not enough?
For those who thinks of themselves as enough would not look your way
Will not allow you to beat them and beg you to stay,
Will not fill your cup while theirs remains empty
I want you to be empty!
This is what the silence from the question means
Cain should have simply made sacrifices till he had nothing left,
Lucifer should have simply kept all those questions he had to himself
Your mother should have simply have remained quiet and took the beatings,
And maybe,-
Just maybe- her life would have been spared
Just maybe,-
The first biological man would not have killed his brother
Just maybe,-
There would not be Heaven or Hell
And just maybe,-
You will not be on your knees begging for a relationship which will be your grave to work
All the just and maybes because I want you to love yourself,
Look at the bodies you broke and tell me you love yourself
Look at how Job kept worshipping you for you to love yourself,
You destroy me so that you can love yourself
This is what you want from me and shall get.
